Algemene voorwaarden van het OnePlus-referral programma

Geschiktheid

Anyone who meets all of the following conditions is eligible to participate in the OnePlus Referral Program:

1. Has a valid OnePlus Account ID.
2. Purchased a OnePlus smartphone. Please note the following:

• If the device was purchased from OnePlus Experience Store or other OnePlus official channels, the referral link will be created after the user verifies the IMEI number of the OnePlus device on oneplus.net.

Hoe punten inwisselen

OnePlus-gebruikers kunnen hun punten inwisselen in de referral hub. Inwisselen is mogelijk voor cadeaubonnen, OnePlus-accessoires en andere spullen. De geldigheid van verwijspunten is vóór 31 december 2021. Na 31 december 2021 worden alle resterende verwijspunten ongeldig. Ze mogen voor geen enkel doel meer worden gebruikt.

Algemene voorwaarden van de voucher

1. De vouchers die door verschillende verwijzingslinks worden verkregen, zijn verschillend en kunnen veranderen.
2. Je kan slechts één vouchercode toepassen op elke bestelling.
3. Als je een bestelling annuleert of een terugbetaling aanvraagt, worden de toegepaste vouchercodes teruggestort op je account.
4. Vouchers zijn niet inwisselbaar voor contant geld.
5. OnePlus behoudt zich het recht voor om het gebruik van alle uitgegeven vouchers in te trekken of opnieuw te evalueren.

Sharing Referral Links

Referrals should only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes, and only shared with personal connections that will appreciate receiving these invitations. Referral links should not be published or distributed where there is no reasonable basis for believing that all or most of the recipients are personal friends (such as voucher websites, Reddit, or Wikipedia).

Referred friend(s) will get a voucher that will have discounts for accessories/ gear when purchased with a phone.

OnePlus may modify the points of each referral (if applicable) and the value of vouchers after posting on the OnePlus website, which are effective upon announcement.

The friend referred to the Program may only use one referral link. If a referee receives links from multiple OnePlus users, only the first used by the referee will receive the corresponding vouchers.

Privacybeleid

The relationship data between OnePlus users and the referred friends will be stored by OnePlus and visible to OnePlus users. The information includes who has used the referral and referral points or vouchers awarded for each referral.
Personal information we collect may be used for administering the OnePlus Referral Program ("Program") and will only be used for the purposes stated in these Terms and Conditions or other directly related purposes. In addition, you expressly agree to our collection and usage of your personal information for the purposes of administering and operating the Program. Our Privacy Policy [https://oneplus.com/privacy-and-legal] will apply to this Program and to all personal information collected in this Program.

Scheidbaarheid

Indien een van de bepalingen in deze voorwaarden als ongeldig, nietig of niet-afdwingbaar wordt geacht, wordt een dergelijke bepaling (of het deel ervan dat deze ongeldig, nietig of niet-afdwingbaar maakt) geschrapt en heeft dit geen invloed op de geldigheid en afdwingbaarheid van de overige bepalingen..

Beëindiging en wijzigingen

OnePlus may suspend or terminate the Referral Program or a user’s ability to participate in the Referral Program at any time for any reason.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts or remove points if we notice any activity that we believe is abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of the OnePlus Terms of Service. We reserve the right to review and investigate all referral activities and to suspend accounts or modify referrals in our sole discretion as deemed fair and appropriate.
The scope, variety, and type of services and products that you may obtain by redeeming points or using voucher can change at any time.

Updates van de voorwaarden

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. If we modify these terms, we will post the modification on the OnePlus website or services, and such modified terms shall be effective upon posting. Continued participation in the Referral Program after any modification shall constitute consent to such modification.
