• What personal information do I need to provide when I buy?

  Your mobile phone number, billing address and registered email in OnePlus will be provided to Klarna to make the payment. The following information will be collected on Klarna page:

  Slice it - Debit or credit card information, use for identity and credit check.

• How do I get my money back for returns?

  Once OnePlus has registered your return, the refund will be automatically initiated after six days. The refund will be made to the same account that was previously charged. The amount will be credited to your account within five to ten bank business days.

• How to improve the approve rate if I'm new to Klarna?

  We recommend that if you are new to Klarna and you haven’t used it before, you should have your first order delivered to your billing address (where your bank account is registered). This maximizes the chances of your purchase being accepted.

• What happens if I do not pay my bill on time?

  An invoice from Klarna must be paid within 14 days of the invoice date. If Klarna has not received the payment by the end of the payment period, Klarna will send a first reminder by e-mail.

  Klarna send a total of three reminders at least 12 days apart.

  If no payment has been received after the third reminder, a collection agency may be charged. This results in additional costs.
