An Amazing Powerhouse of a Watch
I'm not very knowledgeable about different watches, but the last watch I owned is nothing compared to the OnePlus Watch 2. The battery life of this watch is incredible! Despite using it extensively every day, I only need to charge it once every 4 days. It could definitely rival the Apple watches in terms of performance. What I love about this watch is the ability to track various aspects of my daily life such as sleep cycles, heart rate, stress levels, and oxygen levels. It has made checking these statistics enjoyable and insightful.

Happy I made the switch from Apple!
For the last 15 years I was always using apple products for my phones, headphones, and accessories. I was caught in a split between friends that used Iphones, and those with a computer science degree.
OnePlus recently had a promotional offer that I could not refuse. I picked up the Watch 2, Buds Pro 2, and the Oneplus 12 all in that sweet Emerald green color. I'm super happy I made the switch, below is a quick Pro/Con for each if you are on the Edge. I came from an Iphone 12 Pro Max 256 GB, Apple watch 8 (friends had the Ultras), and Ipod Pros.
OnePlus 12 fully loaded
Pros:
Battery life is awesome. Screen brightness is super bright and crisp. Just about everything can be customized - I love it. If you work in CS/IT and use Windows, get this phone and make the switch.
Cons:
I dont like the curved edges. they look cool, but the phone is almost too slick. I also noticed when clicking objects on the side of the screen it is harder to get them to hit correctly. Also its Andriod - so your Iphone friends will hate you for now being the "Green Text". Thats not really OnePlus/Andriods fault... but something to consider. Try convincing them to use FB Messages/Signal/WhatsApp/ or get them used to opening larger OneDrive file links. The Camera... its got a good camera - but the intuitive tech behind just taking a nice picture without much thought is missing. I found I can make smaller adjustments on the fly to make images look great - but Apple did nail the "Point and Click" good looking pics.
OnePlus Watch 2
Pros:
This thing is my favorite watch. It looks amazing, Battery life is great, I love the standard OOTB face selection, it charges in no time at all. I really have no complaints. Get this watch.
Cons:
Not as seemless as the IWatch Models - so if you really like the flexibility of only using your watch maybe get the Ultra? Its only 3 times the cost, haha
OnePlus Buds Pro 2
Pros:
They work great! Noise Cancelling doesnt give me a headache like the IPod pros, Sound is great and extremely customizable, no real issues getting a steady connection, voice on calls and noise canceling works great. I'd probably get them again if I had to
Cons:
No volume controls. Getting the customizable sound menu for Andriod was a bit of a hassle. I wish they just opened up the connection set up with "Customize to your optimal ear tones" with Android. Most people might not like that - but the option would be better than spending ~30 minutes trying to figure out how to.
OnePlus AIRVOOC 50W Wireless Charger
Pros:
Its so fast.... it feels great/sits on my desk nicely. I set it, make breakfast and everything is charged. whats not to like?
Cons:
Why can't I charge my watch 2 with this?!? OnePlus sells all kinds of combos - make one for the watch users as well please :)

Awesome battery life
I bought this mainly because it was discounted when i ordered the OnePlus 12 phone. So glad I did. I love this watch! I'm actually more impressed with the watch than I am the phone.
First impressions: It's a super nice feel, not light which I like. I don't want a cheap, plasticky watch and this watch feels substantial. It paired seamlessly with the phone and was easy to set up.
Let me tell you about the battery. I charged this fairly close to full, but not 100% on Saturday afternoon. It's now Monday afternoon and it still has 48%. I have used it to track sleep 2 nights, have had it on the whole time since then so it has been sending message notifications, tracking steps, etc. Today I used it to track my heart rate on the peloton ride I did. The first day i also kept it with "screen always on" as well. I didn't realize i didn't need that as much as I originally thought I did. So at 2.5 days and it's still almost half charged I should be able to go closer to 5 days on 1 charge.
I was using an Oura ring for the past several weeks to track my sleep but i'm not really a ring guy. Also that only lasted 1 day. I have a Garmin Surf Instinct Solar that i have worn constantly for over 2 years. That will likely become my backup watch because this watch. is so good. I tried the Pixel 2 watch a couple months back and it would only make it 1 day. My wifes Apple watch is not much better than that.
The only two negatives I can think of right now it that I couldn't figure out how to get it out of night "hibernate mode." it was still tracking my sleep but i couldn't use the apps. Maybe i needed to get my phone. Also, i wish there was a dimming setting that was easily adustable. There might be and i haven't found it yet. Not sure.
Great watch. If you want a nice watch and don't have to worry about charging every day, this is a great option.

After 2 weeks, multiple problems
Barley giving it a 3rd star because I do like the watch overall. But it's got some software issues now. The first week I had the watch, it was great everything worked as intended, meaning, receiving notifications (vibrating & audible), timers that I set via Android assistant going off, Android assistant responsive to everything. Receiving calendar notifications (vibrating and audible). Text messages (vibrating & audible). Pretty much everything I was wanting it to do, it was doing. After that week, without changing any settings and using a default watch face, the things I mentioned above, no longer function as intended. I no longer receive vibrating or audible signaling text messages, calendar appointments and notifications, and other notifications I was receiving before. However, it does vibrate & audible when it tells me to get up and stretch, and the message to take a break.
Before, when I set a timer using Android assistant the assistant would respond, set the timer, and it would go off. Now, I get no response and there is a visual on the watch asking me to choose between 2 different watch looking icons, and wether or not to use it just this time, or every time, first I tried the single use, the timer never went off. Then the every time using the other clock icon, the timer never went off, and both times no response from the assistant. Now, the only thing I can think of that made the watch go haywire was linking with the Google fit app on my phone. It added a ton of icons (apps), on my watch, even one to wash your hands for 20 seconds! Now I have 2 timer icons, 2 clock icons, 2 stopwatch icons, the blue default ones, and now white ones. You would think Google would have this figured out to not duplicate things like that, but I guess not. Was this the cause of the problems I'm having now? I don't know. It's hard to link it to that because you don't notice all these things not working all at once.
Anyways, it kind of sucks that all the things I was enjoying the first week and things I was relying on it for no longer functional. I would have loved to leave a great review here, but I'm stuck what I have the way it is I guess. I've exhausted myself trying to troubleshoot it.
