HOW TO ENTER: Beginning on January 15, 2024 at 08:30 am (EDT) through January 23, 2024 at 8:59 am (EDT), visit www.oneplus.com, navigate to the “OnePlus 12 Exclusive Quiz ” page, log in or create a OnePlus account, and follow the instructions to participate in the activity. Use of any robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar entry method or entering more than the number of times permitted will void all entries and result in disqualification. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple accounts, email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules.
ELIGIBILITY: Open to residents of U.S. and Canada who are 18 years of age and older as of the date of entry. Void where prohibited.
RULES for this quiz and lucky draw:
a) This quiz is called “OnePlus 12 Exclusive Quiz”.
b) The quiz comprises of 6 questions.
c) You can play the quiz only once and a maximum of 5 RedCoins can be earned with the attempt.
d) The questions do not have any difficulty levels.
e) Only Participants who finished OnePlus 12 exclusive quiz and answer at least one question correctly will get the chance to join the game.
f) After finishing the quiz submission, you will get a chance to participate in the lucky draw where you can get a chance to win $30 off on OnePlus Buds 3 or free wireless charger in the form of a redeemable coupon on oneplus.com/ OnePlus Store App.
g) You can participate in the lucky draw only if you are a linked device member.
h) You can play the lucky draw only twice, after which you will not get a chance to win a prize.
i) Each participant can only win each prize (excluding RedCoins) at most once in the game.
i) Prizes are first-come-first-served.Once stocked out, participants will not win anything.
WINNER NOTIFICATION: The winner will be notified at the pop-up window of the lucky draw page. By entering this Activity, entrants give their express permission to be contacted by the Promotion Parties via direct message, telephone, e-mail, and/or postal mail concerning this Activity.
WINNER CONFIRMATION AND VERIFICATION: A winner will only be confirmed as the winner eligible to receive the Prize after the Sponsor has completed verification of the winner’s eligibility to win and confirmed the winner’s compliance with these Terms and Conditions. In addition to all of the other requirements stated in these Terms and Conditions, if a winner is a Canadian resident, (s)he must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question to be eligible to be confirmed the winner.
To receive the prize(s), and as part of the winner confirmation and verification process, winners must accurately complete and timely return Sponsor’s Affidavit of Eligibility and any other documentation reasonably required by Sponsor or the provider of the prize(s) (where permitted by law), and/or any other document necessary to confirm and verify a winner’s eligibility, as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion (collectively, the “Winner Documentation”). Winners must fully and accurately complete Winner Documentation and timely return all such documentation by the date specified by Sponsor, or the Winners may be disqualified and will forfeit any claim to any of the prizes(s).
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By entering this lucky draw, entrants waive all right to, and hold OnePlus USA Corp. (the “Sponsor”) and its affiliates (collectively, the “Promotion Parties”) harmless from, any claim, liability, loss, damage (including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages), or expense (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in this lucky draw or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any coupon or prize. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. Promotion Parties will not be responsible for: late, incomplete, or incorrect entries; an entrant's failure to receive prize notices due to entrant's spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for entrants' provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information; technical, hardware, or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in this lucky draw; by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this lucky draw; or any typographical, technological, or other error in the publishing of the offer, administration of the lucky draw, or announcement of the prizes. If, in the Promotion Parties’ opinion, there is such an error, or there is any suspected evidence of tampering with any portion of the sweepstakes, or if technical difficulties (including viruses and bugs) compromise the integrity of the lucky draw, Promotion Parties reserve the right to cancel or modify this lucky draw.
Promotion Parties are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of this offer, administration of this lucky draw or in the announcement of winner and prize. In the event Promotion Parties are prevented from continuing with this promotion, or the integrity and/or feasibility of the promotion as planned is undermined by any event including but not limited to fire, flood, epidemic, pandemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state or local government law, order or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction (each a "Force Majeure" event or occurrence), Promotion Parties shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the lucky draw and award the coupons from among all eligible entries received up to that date.
PRIZES and Valid time:
1. Fifty (50) winners who have finished the quiz will each receive a wireless charger without charge (Total approximate retail value：$2500） in the form of redeemable coupon on oneplus.com/ OnePlus Store App. The valid time for this coupon is from 15th January to 29th February 2024.
2. two thousand (2,000) winners who have finished the quiz will each be awarded a $30 OFF coupon on OnePlus buds 3. The valid time for this coupon is from 15th January to 29th February.
3. Twenty thousand (20,000) winners who have finished the quiz will each be awarded 50 RedCoins. The RedCoins obtained are valid for 1 year.
GENERAL PRIZE TERMS: The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the prize(s) is based on information available to Sponsor. None of the Promotion Parties is responsible for, and a winner will not receive the difference (if any) between, the actual value of the prize(s) at the time of the award and the stated ARV in these Terms and Conditions. Prizes are subject to availability and Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in their sole discretion (which prize shall be subject to these Terms and Conditions). Prize details not specified herein will be determined by Sponsor in its discretion. Prizes are nonrefundable, not redeemable for cash, and not transferable, and no cash alternative is available. The prize is limited to that specified in the section titled “PRIZES” above, and all other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are not included in the prize and are solely the winner’s responsibility. Gift cards, gift certificates and tickets, including but not limited to any that may be awarded by Sponsor in the event of a substitute prize, are subject to the terms and conditions specified thereon or otherwise specified by the issuer thereof. If the winner is unable to, or elects not to, use any part of a prize, the winner will forfeit that part of the prize. Any and all taxes on a prize are the sole responsibility of such prize winner. The value of any prize awarded to a winner may be reported for tax purposes as required by law, and such winner must provide any additional information requested by Sponsor so that they can comply with applicable tax reporting obligations. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you waive the right to assert any and all claims arising from or related to costs of verification or redemption of or travel to claim a prize and any liability or publicity that might arise from claiming or seeking to claim a prize.

CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM: Entrant agrees that all matters arising out of or relating to this Quiz and lucky draw and these Terms and Conditions are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Texas, without giving effect to any of its conflict of laws provisions thereof. Entrant further agrees that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be brought exclusively in the applicable federal or state courts located in Dallas, Texas.

GENERAL: By entering this Quiz and lucky draw, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Promotion Parties on all matters relating to the Quiz and lucky draw, which are final and binding.
GRANT OF PUBLICITY: By accepting a prize, each winner agrees to, where legal, Promotion Parties’ use of his/her name, city and state of residence and/or likeness for advertising and publicity purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity without further compensation, permission or notification and, upon request, will provide consent to such use in writing.
