Community

As we celebrate our 8th anniversary at OnePlus, we're incredibly excited to announce a major community-driven project - Power of Community.

It has the ambitious goal of bringing the concept of co-creation to life. It's something often expressed in this Community but it carries extra special significance this time around: the collective community has ownership over the entire creative process. Feedback, idea sharing and discussion takes place within the Community. You are on the inside track with your valuable feedback every step of the way, on an aspirational journey from concept to fully-realized products.

We first hosted one of our signature Open Ears Forum, in partnership with 96 global users, to decide which products to develop.

With Orbit, we aspire to gather OnePlus users from all over the world to co-create a better, ever-more inclusive Community – delivering a fresh product experience and reinvigorated community culture. Thanks to your suggestions and feedback, we managed to transform the entire product experience, by implementing 41 new feature requests and fixing 556 bugs.

We appreciate the enthusiastic community members for the continuous support for the development of Orbit, especially those 100 eligible global users.

Pascal

Comes up with the ideas to develop special tech and items that will support the team on their journey to save the universe.

Pascal’s rough exterior hides his sensitive side – while he looks intimidating, he is incredibly soft-spoken. He's a softie who gets emotional over a newborn baby or animal.

He lives with a broken heart and has found himself on Orbit doing odd jobs, until he was recruited by Artemis. Now he's on a mission to destroy the NOISE and search for his long-lost love, hoping she's still alive.

Clarke

Way too talkative, likes to spew facts, and always has to be the correct one. He can speak many languages.

A History nerd, he is always looking up information or finding ways to defeat the NOISE. His life goal is to discover new things about the universe and destroy the NOISE.

Always correcting the team, he can sometimes be an asset, but is more often very annoying to the others.

Artemis

Strong-willed and thoughtful, a visionary and a true leader of mankind. She has big dreams and her sense of adventure is contagious. She comes up with the big mission ideas and strategies. A great mind, yet fragile.

She likes to shoot questions at the Writer whenever he makes a claim, just to get on his nerves or see him stumped. They work together to strategize how to save the universe.

She displays a strong sense of responsibility for people around her. Meeting this team and having Mila (Moodmaker) around has helped her form important new bonds.

Mila

Mila is the heart of the group, the source of motivation and joy in the darkest of times. Although she is the youngest, she can also be the wisest.

She has the ability to sense AND see your aura. The color of your aura may change from day to day depending on your mood and energy. Being able to sense people's moods has allowed her to develop great people skills and intuition.

She collects quotes as a hobby. She often butts heads with Clarke, who asks why she collects quotes when she can collect facts.

Kura

He is an incredibly observant individual with extraordinary visual acuity. He'll notice things you won't. He documents everything, not just for the aesthetics, but also because he believes photos are important keepsakes of both memory and history.

A kind-hearted optimist, Kura sees the good and beauty in everyone and everything. With camera-shy people, he has a knack for making them feel more confident.

He loves to experiment with fashion and colors. Currently, he's all about being comfortable and looking street-cool.
