RULES

1. This campaign is valid from December 1, 2023 at 12:00 GMT through December 15, 2023 at 13:00 GMT.
2. Each eligible participant can participate in the campaign by signing OnePlus Account or creating an account to participate in this activity.
3. Participants participate by uploading photos. After the photo is submitted and approved, all participants will receive RedCoins rewards and have a chance to win a OnePlus Pad.
4. Once the photo is uploaded, it will only be visible to you until you confirm your submission. The Privacy Policy for OnePlus Online Store will apply.
5. After the participant submits their photo, it will automatically enter the review process, and it may be normally displayed on the page when it is approved, and the user can see it displayed.
6. If you upload pictures on the Platform, we will collect the pictures you upload in order to show them on the Platform.
7. All participants will receive a 10th Anniversary exclusive badge（non-physical）which will be displayed on the badge list. More badges can be obtained by linking devices and be claimed from the badge page. Claim more
8. Participants can create their own 10th Anniversary exclusive memory by selecting a badge from the badge list to wear on their uploaded photo.
9. Once the photo is officially approved, the 50 RedCoins will be automatically issued to your OnePlus Account. Failure to approve the photo will prevent the participant from receiving the RedCoins rewards and the chance to win the OnePlus Pad (8GB+128GB) draw.
10. The 50 RedCoins reward is only valid for first-time participants, and participants who have participated in the event multiple times will only receive the 50 RedCoins reward once.
11. After the photo review is approved, participant's photo can be randomly selected to be displayed on the photo wall, which can be seen by everyone who enters the page.
12. The photo wall will be updated from time to time with randomly selected participants' photos, with a maximum of 50 displayed at the same time.
13. The OnePlus Pad prize will be awarded to one (1) winner out of all the eligible participants randomly selected through the Campaign Territories after the activity ends. Winners will be notified by e-mail within 7 working days after this activity ends at the e-mail address provided at the time of entry and a redeem code will be issued to your OnePlus account.
14. Prizes can only be redeemed on oneplus.com or via the OnePlus Store app. Prizes can only redeemed when online purchases and products are available via the winners' corresponding country during the campaign period.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These OnePlus Badge Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) apply when you participate in the Badge Activity (defined as below). Participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, so please read them carefully before you participate in the Badge Activity and keep a copy for your records.
The campaign is live from December 1, 2023 at 12:00 GMT through December 15, 2023 at 13:00 GMT. In UK, the promoter is Unumplus Limited with registered address at 7 Albert Buildings, 49 Queen Victoria Street, London , EC4N 4SA. For the other EU countries, the promoter is Reflection Investment B.V., with its registered address at Hofplein 20,3032AC Rotterdam, Netherlands (“OnePlus” or “Company”). By participating in this campaign, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, so please read them carefully before you participate in the campaign and keep a copy for your records.

DETAILS OF THE CAMPAIGN:
1. This campaign is named "OnePlus Badge"
2. Subject to the Company’s reasonable discretion, the campaign is open to individuals over the age of eighteen (18) residing in in and having a delivery address in the United Kingdom, Italy, Denmark, Poland, Finland, Netherlands, France, Sweden, Spain, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, and Slovakia, residing in the United Kingdom, Italy, Denmark, Poland, Finland, Netherlands, France, Sweden, Spain, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Portugal, Romania, or Slovenia. (“Campaign Territories”)
3. Each eligible participant may log in the OnePlus RCC Account or create an account to participate in this activity.
4. Each eligible participant can only participate once. Participants who have participated in the event multiple times will only be counted as one entry.

PROCESS OF THE CAMPAIGN:
5. Participants need to upload at least a photo and the photo must be reviewed and approved by OnePlus successfully.
6. After the photo review is approved, participant's photo can be randomly selected to be displayed on the photo wall, which can be seen by everyone who enters the page.
7. The photo wall will be updated from time to time with randomly selected participants' photos, with a maximum of 50 displayed at the same time.
8. Participant shall use good taste and judgment in creating and uploading their photo(s). Each participant shall warrant and be solely responsible for ensuring that his or her photo(s):
a. does not infringe the intellectual rights and other rights of third parties;
b. is free from obscenity or content that may be seen as harassment, intimidation, or bullying;
c. complies with all applicable law;
d. is free from viruses or malware;
e. is not otherwise inappropriate.

AWARDS AND ALLOCATION:
9. Awards for all participants
a) All participants who complete the process of the campaign will receive RedCoins rewards and a 10th Anniversary exclusive badge (non-physical), and have a chance to win a OnePlus Pad (8GB+128GB).

b) The 10th Anniversary exclusive badge is a virtual reward and will be awarded to all participants. This badge is a time-limited badge for the 10th Anniversary Celebration, and the badge can not be claimed again after this activity is over (1st, Dec-14th, Dec 2023 GMT). c) RedCoins will be valid for one year upon receipt which can be redeemed during product purchase or through RedCoins Center. For the use of RedCoins, the Terms of Use of RedCoins (https://www.oneplus.com/support/terms-and-conditions-of-RedCoins) will apply.

10 Awards for specific participants
a) ALL participants who upload at least a photo and the photo has been approved successfully will get a chance to win one (1) OnePlus Pad (8GB+128GB) (RRP € 499).
b) One (1) winner will be awarded one (1) OnePlus Pad (8GB+128GB), which is selected randomly from all the eligible participicant in the Campaign Terrorities. Winners will be notified by e-mail within 7 working days after this activity ends at the e-mail address provided at the time of entry and a redeem code will be issued to your OnePlus account.
c) Winners can redeem one(1) free OnePlus Pad (8GB+128GB) through the redeem code on oneplus.com or OnePlus Store app where the online purchase is available in the corresponding country before stocks run out. The coupon is valid for 3 months upon receipt.
11 Awards are not transferable and not redeemable for cash, credit, or toward previous purchases.

LICENSE:
12. The participants grant OnePlus and its affiliates a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, and royalty-free license to transform, edit, modify, reproduce, distribute, transmit, publish, communicate to the public, broadcast, perform, display, or otherwise use the uploaded photos by the participants, in whole or in part, with or without modifications, for the purpose to display the approved photos on the photo wall.

PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION:
13. By entering the campaign and submitting any other personal information, participants are expressly consenting to the processing of their personal information, such as username, email and uploading photos by the Company for the campaign or any associated announcement by Company or its affiliates. In Europe, the Privacy Policy for OnePlus Online Store will apply (https://www.oneplus.com/legal/privacy-policy-store).

GENERAL LIABILITY RELEASE:
14. By participating in this campaign, participants release Company, its employees, agents, affiliates, and assigns from any liability whatsoever, on any theory, and waive any claims and causes of action arising from or related to this campaign and/or fulfillment and/or use of the RedCoins, coupons or redeem code, to the extent permitted by applicable law. However, nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes any person’s or entity’s liability caused by their negligence or any other liability which may not be limited as a matter of law. Your statutory rights are not affected.

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES RESOLUTION:
15. Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of England & Wales (or by mandatory local laws, if applicable). Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects the rights of the consumer to rely on the mandatory local law.
16. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London to resolve any disputes that may arise. You may enforce your consumer protection rights according to the applicable local law.

MISCELLANEOUS:
17. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is or becomes invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. An invalid provision shall be replaced by a provision that is legally possible and comes as close as possible to the invalid provision in terms of content. The same applies to any loopholes.
18. OnePlus is entitled to exclude participants from this campaign who violate these Terms and Conditions, provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information, use unfair means, and/or try to manipulate the election result. In addition, participation in the campaign via dubious, fake accounts is not permitted. If there is a reason for exclusion, OnePlus is entitled to withdraw the awards, reclaim the awards that have already been handed out, or demand compensation for the value.
19. OnePlus is entitled to early end or postpone the campaign. This applies in particular to cases of force majeure and if proper execution of the campaign cannot be guaranteed for technical and/or legal reasons.
20. The participants agree that any tax (including the income tax) or another charge payable in conjunction with the awards is the sole responsibility of the participants unless otherwise required by the applicable law.
