Board the OnePlus 13 Train and Win Big Contest
This contest is brought to you by 1) for the UK: Unumplus Limited with registered address at 7 Albert Buildings, 49 Queen Victoria Street, London , EC4N 4SA; 2) for other EU countries: Reflection Investment B.V., with its registered address at Hofplein 20,3032AC Rotterdam, Netherlands (collectively “OnePlus” or “we”)
1. The contest is valid from December 2nd, 2024 at 11:00 CET through December 24th, 2024 at 14:00 CET.
2. Eligible participants are individuals who：
(1) are over the age of eighteen (18); and
(2) reside in United Kingdom, Italy, Denmark, Finland, Netherlands, Germany, Poland, Luxembourg, France, Sweden, Spain, Austria, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Belgium, Hungary, Estonia, Ireland, Latvia, Romania, Portugal, Greece, Croatia, Lithuania, Slovenia, or Slovakia (“contest territories”) and have a delivery address in the contest territories during the contest period;
3. Every eligible participant has 1 chance to participate in the Board the OnePlus 13 Train and Win Big Contest, and can join prize draw after subscription. There are 5 milestones for the contest 8K, 16K, 24K, 32K and 40K). When hitting each milestone, different prize list will get unlocked and a new round of contest will start for all Subscribe users by the time. That is to say, users who hit 'Subscribe' earlier tend to have more chances to join the contest.
4. All subscribed users can be reached later via store app push, RCC app push, or Email. Unsubscribing during the contest will be treated as a forfeiture of participation in the activity.
5. By participating in the contest, you will have a chance to win the prizes of follows, and 13 winners in total will be randomly selected from all eligible participants.

6. The prizes will be issued as Gift Coupons to winners’ OnePlus accounts directly after winners are selected and can be seen in the My Prizes section.
7. Winners can redeem the Gift Coupons on oneplus.com or OnePlus Store app within the contest territories, and while stock lasts. The redemption code is valid within 90 days after the launch of the new product. Products that have been released are valid within 90 days after receiving the coupon. Please redeem your prize in time. The coupon is valid for one-time use only and cannot be combined with any other promotion code, discounts, or offer.
8. Prizes cannot be returned or refunded for cash at any point of time.
9. For the purpose of this contest, we may process your email address and OnePlus account. For other information, please refer to our Privacy Policy at https://www.oneplus.com/legal/privacy.
10. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) is or becomes invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. An invalid provision shall be replaced by a provision that is legally possible and comes as close as possible to the invalid provision in the T&Cs. The same applies to any loopholes.
11. OnePlus is entitled to exclude participants from this contest who violate these T&Cs, provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information, use unfair means, and/or try to manipulate the election result. In addition, participation in the contest via dubious, fake accounts is not permitted. If there is a reason for exclusion, OnePlus is entitled to withdraw the prize, reclaim the prize that have already been handed out, or demand compensation for the value.
12. OnePlus is entitled to early end or postpone the contest. This applies in particular to cases of force majeure and if proper execution of the contest cannot be guaranteed for technical and/or legal reasons. OnePlus reserves the right to vary the T&Cs of the contest with reasonable justification.
13. To the extent permitted by the applicable law, the participants agree that any tax (including the income tax) or another charge payable in conjunction with the prize is the sole responsibility of the participants.
