It is a very good phone

It is a very good device. I have to say that I expected a bit more and to see a bigger difference between one plus 10 pro and one plus 8, my previous device. The camera is ok, I do not notice major improvements. Regarding the performance I can say that it is slightly faster than one plus 8, but the difference is not huge. Regarding the charging I can clearly see that it is faster, but this does not impact me much. The battery life is ok, but the intense usage of social media apps drains the battery pretty quickly.
Overall I am satisfied with the phone but not amazed by it 😃

OnePlus 10 Pro 8GB/128 GB

Hello Guys.It's good to be back to OnePlus.I was using Huawei for 2 years.I Had a OnePlus 5 which I just sent back to OnePlus.This Phone is amazing.Fast Software.Very fast chargin.The brick is big but i dont care I am hyped.Good to be back to the roots.I love this phone a lot.This Journey will be a long one.The price was awesome.Thank you!

OnePlus 10 pro

Ever since my first OnePlus a 7 pro almond, I have been hopelessly in love with this brand. I now have the 10 pro and am super happy with it. It loads very fast and moves flawlessly.

Excelent performance

Oneplus one was the first, then i got the nord, oneplus 7 pro, oneplus 8, and now 10 pro
Still the best!

The phone is great,but the customer service is bad

I bought the phone using Trade-In option. I received the new phone and I Traded-In my old phone as required.
The old phone was approved for refund, but after 29 days I didn't received any money or my old phone back. It's outrageous!!!!
I opened a customer services ticket 15 days ago. They don't respond to emails.
I feel like I got scammed.
I don't recommend using the Trade-In option.
