This Service Contract is valid for 1 Year from the Service Contract date.
If the purchase of the Back Cover Damage Protection Plan Service Contract by Servify is made along with the device from the OnePlus Store, the Service Contract Invoice will be emailed by Servify after the purchase is successfully completed. The activation code will be emailed & sent via a text message by Servify after the purchase is successfully completed.
If the purchase only includes the Back Cover Damage Protection Plan Service Contract by Servify, then there will be no physical shipment. The Service Contract Invoice will be emailed, and the activation code will be emailed & sent via a text message by Servify after the purchase is successfully completed.
Easy 2-Step Activation Process
Step 1: You will receive an activation code and OnePlus Care App download link on your registered Email ID & Mobile Number
Step 2: Download the app and activate your plan following the instructions
The purchase & activation process of the Plan must be completed within 30 days of purchasing the device
- Raise a request on the OnePlus Care mobile application/ Website or call the call center website
- Answer a few questions on the incident
- On approval, mail-in the damaged device to the designated Servify Service Location (as shown on the OnePlus Care mobile application or website)
- Device will be repaired at an Authorized Service Centre and delivered back to you!
- This is the only authorized Service Contract from OnePlus
- No logistics charges for mail-in and no delivery charges during claim

- All repairs are done at OnePlus Authorized Service Centers
- Completely transparent and convenient process with real time updates on the service request through OnePlus Care mobile application and website
If the damage repair is covered under the Service Contract (subject to fulfilment of all mandatory conditions), you do not have to pay any additional fee against the repair/ replacement.
Any other charges not covered under the Service Contract. The charges will be notified to you before repair.
