As part of the partnership with Riot Games’ League of Legends, OnePlus is holding a tournament-style giveaway ("tournament" or “giveaway”).
To participate in the giveaway, follow the instructions on this website and accept the following terms and conditions, which will form a binding agreement between you and ONEPLUS USA CORP. (“ONEPLUS”).
Rules of Participation
1.1. By participating in the tournament, you hereby accept these participation rules (referred to hereafter as "the Rules"). If you do not wish to accept these Rules, please do not enter.
1.2. The Participant must join the tournament by using their email to subscribe ("Subscription") and vote for the team that they predict will win Semifinals and Finals. Email addresses will not be shared publicly.
1.3. Voting begins before Semifinals and ends before Finals. Creating multiple emails to participate in the giveaway is not allowed. Participants may vote for the teams they predict will win Semifinals and if said teams do qualify for Finals, the participants who voted for those teams will have a chance to win a OnePlus 10T. Participants who won in the Semifinals round may continue to vote for the Finals round champions, but will be ineligible to win again.
1.4. Entry to this giveaway is free of charge and is open to all countries. You understand and agree that not all the prizes can be delivered successfully due to the requirement of applicable laws or logistics problems in your country or region. In such an event, ONEPLUS shall have the right to suspend such giveaway without any legal liabilities.
1.5. To qualify for participation in the giveaway, you must be over 18 years of age. If under 18 years of age, you must first obtain permission from your parents or legal guardian.
Changes to the Rules
2.1. ONEPLUS reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to the above terms and conditions in keeping with standard practices for similar events. Please refer to these terms regularly to ensure you are aware of and understand any changes made by ONEPLUS. By continuing to use this site, you accept these terms and conditions as legally binding regardless of any changes occurring herein.
Privacy and Personal Information Policy
3.1. Personal information collected from each winner will be used by ONEPLUS for the purpose of delivering their prize. ONEPLUS will not sell, share or otherwise disclose personal information of winners with third parties, other than to third parties engaged by the ONEPLUS to fulfill the above purposes.
Others
4.1. Any false information provided by you concerning identity, email, ownership or right or non-compliance with the Rules may result in the immediate elimination of you from the Competition.
ONEPLUS reserves the right to disqualify any entrant from the giveaway if, in ONEPLUS’s sole discretion, it reasonably believes that the entrant has attempted to undermine the legitimate operation of the giveaway by cheating, deception or other unfair playing practices or annoys, abuses, threatens or harasses any other entrants. ONEPLUS reserves the right in its sole discretion to revoke any prizes awarded, at any time.
4.2. ONEPLUS is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received by the ONEPLUS on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination of them, including any injury or damage to any entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this giveaway. ONEPLUS is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing, offering or announcement of any prize or winners in relation to the entry and participation in the giveaway.
4.3. ONEPLUS reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the giveaway (including without limitation the Prizes offered) without any liability whatsoever.
