1. Please back up all of your data, clear the cache and flash to the latest OxygenOS version.

2. Check if the device has any battery drain issues. When the phone consumes battery faster, it results in slow charging.

3. Verify whether there are any third-party power management software apps downloaded, please uninstall these.
