1. Ways to earn RedCoins: to earn RedCoins during the Campaign.

Users can earn the same triple amount of RedCoins as payment amount for OnePlus products purchased on oneplus.com or OnePlus Store App. Users can get the RedCoins in their OnePlus account once they have signed for the package.

 

The distribution ratio is as follow:

1 EUR = 1 RedCoins

0.88 GBP = 1 RedCoins

10.50 SEK =  1 RedCoins

7.44 DKK = 1 RedCoins

 

2. Ways to use RedCoins: to get direct money off with RedCoins Redeem.

 

Users can redeem RedCoins as direct money-off on all OnePlus products. Discounted price will be no more than 3% of the selling price of applicable products.

 

The redeem ratio are as follows:

75 RedCoins = 1 EUR

85 RedCoins = 1 GBP

7 RedCoins = 1 SEK

10 RedCoins = 1 DKK

 

Terms of Use of RedCoins

Acceptance of the Terms of Use
These terms of use are entered into by and between You and OnePlus (“Company”, “we”, or “us”). The following terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”), govern your access to and use of the RedCoins feature on oneplus.com, OnePlus Store app and OnePlus Community.
Please read the Terms of Use carefully before you start to use RedCoins. By clicking “accept” or “agree” to the Terms of Use when this option is made available to you, you accept and agree to be bound and abide by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy found at https://www.oneplus.com/legal/privacy-policy and incorporated herein by reference.

In addition to these Terms, you will need to accept OnePlus’s Terms of Use and Privacy policy found at https://www.oneplus.com/legal/terms-of-sales, /legal/privacy-policy. If you do not want to agree to these Terms of Use or the Privacy Policy, you must not access or use RedCoins.
By using RedCoins, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with the Company and meet all of the foregoing eligibility requirements. If you do not meet all of these requirements, you must not access or use RedCoins.

Description and Functionalities of RedCoins
1.What is RedCoins?
a. RedCoins is a measure of engagement currency which can be accumulated and/or used on oneplus.com, OnePlus Store app, OnePlus Community and various engagement initiatives on Red Cable Club to access exclusive benefits.

2.How to earn RedCoins?
a. Purchase: Earn RedCoins with orders on oneplus.com and OnePlus Store app at certain proportion.
● RedCoins will be issued to the user's account once the order is accepted (It means that user’s order cannot be cancelled, rejected or refunded, otherwise the RedCoins will not be issued to his account).
● RedCoins earned from purchase on oneplus.com, OnePlus Community and OnePlus Store app will be valid for 1 year from the date they have been issued to the user’s account.
● RedCoins earned from purchase will be deducted from users’ account when their orders are cancelled, rejected or refunded: When the order be cancelled, rejected or refunded after RedCoins have been earned, the RedCoins corresponding to the order will lapse/be deducted after the order process reaches "Pending Refund" status. If there are not enough RedCoins in the user's account at the time of deduction, the shortfall will be deducted from the refund to the user. For example, if a user has earned 75 RedCoins for a purchase and the user returns the product with 0 RedCoins, an additional 1 € will be deducted from the refund amount. 
b. Engagement campaigns: Earn RedCoins through various activities will be on oneplus.com, OnePlus Store app, OnePlus Club and OnePlus Community.

3.How to use RedCoins?
a. Users can use RedCoins on purchase on oneplus.com and OnePlus Store app.
b. Users can get direct discount at checkout by using RedCoins on available products on oneplus.com & OnePlus Store app where 75 RedCoin can be used to get a discount of  1 €.
● The products which can apply RedCoins would vary from time to time and on case to case basis, dependings on the policy of OnePlus.
The amount of RedCoins that can be used on products would vary from time to time and on case to case basis, depending on the policy of OnePlus.
● RedCoins cannot be used on flash purchases, premium purchases, corporate purchases, third-party merchant products and virtual goods.
● Once the order is submitted, the number of RedCoins used on the order cannot be modified, if the user needs to modify the number, please resubmit the order, the RedCoins will be returned within a certain period of time after the order cancellation.
● If the user asks for the refund on an order which used RedCoins, the amount of returned RedCoins will be same as the amount of RedCoins that user used on that order. If the full amount of order was paid with RedCoins, then the full amount of RedCoins will be returned.

4.Restrictions:
a. RedCoins cannot be redeemed to cash, transferred, sold or used across accounts.
b. There will not be any invoice to be issued for the use of the RedCoins, it will be shown separately on the invoice as a sales discount.


Changes to the Terms of Use
We may revise and update these Terms of Use from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them and apply to all access to and use of RedCoins thereafter.  
Your continued use of RedCoins following the posting of revised Terms of Use means that you accept and agree to the changes. You are expected to check the ‘Terms of Use’ available in the ‘About’ section under the ‘RedCoins settings’ from time to time so you are aware of any changes, as they are binding on you.

Accessing RedCoins and Account Security
We reserve the right to withdraw or amend these Terms of Use and any service we provide on RedCoins, in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable, if, for any reason, all or any part of RedCoins is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of RedCoins, or the entire feature, at our sole discretion.
You are responsible for both:
● Making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to RedCoins.
● Ensuring that all persons who access RedCoins through your internet connection are aware of these Terms of Use and comply with them.
You agree that all information on your device that forms part of the results on RedCoins is governed by our Privacy Policy as well as [name of owner/licensor]’s privacy policy accessible at Privacy Policy and you consent to all actions we take with respect to your information consistent with our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property Rights
RedCoins and its entire features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by the Company or its licensors.
These Terms of Use permit you to use RedCoins for your personal, non-commercial use only.
No right, title, or interest in or to RedCoins is transferred to you, and all rights not expressly granted are reserved by the Company. Any use of RedCoins not expressly permitted by these Terms of Use is a breach of these Terms of Use and may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Trademarks
RedCoins and any related logos are trademarks of the Company or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of the Company or its licensors. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on RedCoins are the trademarks of their respective owners.
Prohibited Uses
You may use RedCoins only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Use.

Reliance on Information
The information presented on or through RedCoins is made available solely for general information purposes. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of this information. Any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own risk. We disclaim all liability and responsibility arising from any reliance placed on such materials by you or any other visitor to RedCoins, or by anyone who may be informed of any of its contents.
RedCoins’ results may include content provided by third parties. We are not responsible or liable to you or any third party, for the content or accuracy of any materials provided by any third parties.

Changes to RedCoins
Any of the results or content on RedCoins may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update such material.

Please note there shall be no links to advertisements, including banner advertisements and sponsored links available or visible on RedCoins. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms of Use or your use of any information obtained from RedCoins.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
All matters relating to RedCoins and these Terms of Use, and any dispute or claim arising therefrom or related thereto (in each case, including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of North America without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.

Waiver and Severability
No waiver by the Company of any term or condition set out in these Terms of Use shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of the Company to assert a right or provision under these Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
If any provision of these Terms of Use is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms of Use will continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement
The Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and ONEPLUS SOFTWARE R&D CENTRE PRIVATE LIMITED regarding RedCoins and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding RedCoins.
