OnePlus Referral Program Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

Anyone who meets all of the following conditions is eligible to participate in the OnePlus Referral Program:

1.Has a valid OnePlus Account ID;
2.Purchased a OnePlus smartphone. Please note the following:

If the device was purchased on oneplus.com or oneplusstore.in, the referral link would be created automatically in your account.
If the device was purchased from OnePlus Experience Store or other OnePlus official channels, the referral link will be created after the user verifies the IMEI number of the OnePlus device on oneplus.net

How to earn and redeem points

OnePlus users who have purchased OnePlus devices can earn points if a friend clicks on their referred link and use the voucher to purchase a phone and accessories/ gear.

To redeem points, OnePlus users can visit the referral hub to spend the referral points. OnePlus users can trade the referral points for vouchers, OnePlus accessories and gear. Please note that a user could only use one voucher per order.

Sharing Referral Links

Referrals should only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes, and only shared with personal connections that will appreciate receiving these invitations. Referral links should not be published or distributed where there is no reasonable basis for believing that all or most of the recipients are personal friends (such as voucher websites, Reddit, or Wikipedia).

What referred friends get

Referred friend(s) will get a voucher that will have discounts for accessories/ gear when purchased with a phone.

OnePlus users who participate in the referral program have the chance to be listed on the referral leaderboard. The rank is determined by the number of device orders placed through OnePlus users' referred vouchers. If OnePlus users have the same number of referred orders as the others, the rank will be determined by order placing time.

Changes to the leaderboard will take time to process. And the cancellation of OnePlus users' referees will be reflected on the leaderboard.

The default period of each monthly leaderboard starts from the first day of a month and will be ended on the last day of a month. OnePlus may change the period after posting on the OnePlus website, which are effective upon announcement.

Modification of points and the value of voucher

OnePlus may modify the points of each referral and the value of vouchers after posting on the OnePlus website, which are effective upon announcement.

Multiple referrals

The friend referred to the Program may only use one referral link. If a referee receives links from multiple OnePlus users, only the first used by the referee will receive the corresponding points.

Personal information we collect may be used for administering the OnePlus Referral Program ("Program") and will only be used for the purposes stated in these Terms and Conditions or other directly related purposes. In addition, you expressly agree to our collection and usage of your personal information for the purposes of administering and operating the Program. Our Privacy Policy [https://oneplus.com/privacy-and-legal] will apply to this Program and to all personal information collected in this Program.

Severability

If any provision in these terms are held to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, such provision (or the part of it that is making it invalid, void or unenforceable) will be struck and not affect the validity of and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Termination and changes

OnePlus may suspend or terminate the Referral Program or a user’s ability to participate in the Referral Program at any time for any reason.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts or remove points if we notice any activity that we believe is abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of the OnePlus Terms of Service. We reserve the right to review and investigate all referral activities and to suspend accounts or modify referrals in our sole discretion as deemed fair and appropriate.

The scope, variety, and type of services and products that you may obtain by redeeming points can change at any time.

Updates to the Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. If we modify these terms, we will post the modification on the OnePlus website or services, and such modified terms shall be effective upon posting. Continued participation in the Referral Program after any modification shall constitute consent to such modification.
