When phone experiences hang issues, please check items below:
Third-party Apps Hang
Please confirm if the issue occurs in one third-party App or all the third-party Apps:
1. If the issue occurs in one third-party App, please uninstall the third-party App, clear the cache and try installing the latest update;
2. If the issue occurs in all third-party Apps, please uninstall the third-party Apps and clear the cache;
3. Check if the handset has already root or not, if yes, Please back up all the data, clear cache and flash to the latest OxygenOS version.
Preload Apps Hang
1. Check if the handset has access to root or not, if yes, Please back up all the data, clear cache and flash to the latest OS version;
2. Check which APP that you used cause hang issue. Please clear cache(Enter into" Setting"-"Apps"), back up all the data and flash to the official latest OS version.
