Before sending the product for repair, make sure to back up important data first to avoid the risk of data loss during the repair process.

You can also back up important data through OnePlus Switch.
3. Please take 3 clear pictures before you will send the device to Service Center.
a. Picture of the front of the device;
b. Picture of the back of the device;
c. Picture of IMEI page on the screen of the device together with shipping label paper.
Please keep the send-in receipt during the whole repair process.
