I didn't receive any information after sending the contract/device. What should I do next?

After sending the contract, if it is valid, you will receive an email containing the communication of the withdrawal of your used device.

If the contract is not valid, you will be invited to repeat the operation of sending it again.

If you do not receive any communication within 48 hours from the sending of the contract, we invite you to contact the customer support: oneplus@mondoaffariweb.it

How to send out the old device?

After validating the contract, you will receive an email containing the instructions for proceeding with the sending of your used device.

I didn't receive the new device so when should I send out the old device?

The used device must be sent within 30 days of receiving the waybill provided by World Business Srl.

When can I receive the old device value?

The payment of the due amount will be made by World Business Srl within 60 (sixty) calendar days of receiving the used device.

The payment will be made by bank transfer, using the shared payment details when joining the campaign.

What kind of currency I will receive?

The payment will be made by World Business Srl in Euro.

Should I pay for the delivery if inspection fail or I quit?

In the event that the device is returned, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

What should I do if the old device is lost during the transport?

In case of loss of the used device during the transport, we will perform the necessary internal checks and if loss is confirmed, we will provide the customer with the maximum evaluation of the lost used device.

How could I cancel the trade-in participation?

In order to request the cancellation of the participation in the program, it is necessary to send a formal request via email to oneplus@mondoaffariweb.it

What should I do if I don't receive the shipping label?

After the sending of the contract, you will receive an email containing notification of the withdrawal of your used device.
