Disappointed.
Recently ordered the OnePlus 7 Pro with high expectations because I was paying way more than what I intended of ever paying for a phone. I expected everything to be perfect and it was until I tried to message my boss. You see I need to message my boss every time I enter the work building, kinda like a check in thing. So I tried messaging my boss with my brand new phone and I got an error code. Restarted the phone and kept trying and it kept giving me the same error code. This resulted in me being 15 minutes late for work because I couldn't message my boss. Luckily I had data so I was able to look up a solution to my problem and it didn't come easy. I tried everything I was told and then one person told me instead of using 089.... use 89.... and that fixed it for me.
I'm honestly just disappointed with the product failing to do the most basic thing which is texting. I'm also disappointed with the claims about water cooling as I was under the impression that it wouldn't get hot. But as it turns out, it indeed got hot while I was using the phone. I will say not as much as my previous phone but it's still very much noticeable.
Just over all disappointed with the phone as it caused me to be late 15 minutes for work because it couldn't do the very basic thing of texting.

OnePlus 7 pro finest moments
OnePlus 7pro doesn't fail to surprise the OnePlus the user, it offers the very best specs and smart phone that money can buy, It is without a doubt one of the best smart phone on the market and I have purchased.
The screen resolution is unmatched and Oxygen Os is operating system is absolutely Devine!

Truly a Flagship
The screen is sublime feels like an S10+ except smoother and without a cutout, truly an enjoyable experience. Watching content and playong games is an absolute joy and is great for studying in college, I use it to write java code too sometimes. Absolutely delighted as i surpassed my expectations i upgraded from a oneplus 5. I wish they could somehow release updates to improve the battery life and to further improve the back camera to compete with its competitions.

Brilliantly Perfect
This is fantastically brilliant. Upgrading from OnePlus 3 6GB RAM 64GB Memory. I love this OnePlus 7Pro already, I wanted to buy the OnePlus 6T McClaren Version but I was short of money at the time so I missed out on it last year but I was waiting for OnePlus 7 this year before the leak of the Pro version which I made up my mind to get one and at the moment I'm glad I bought OnePlus 7Pro.

very bad device. typically a toy
very bad customer care and very bad attitude. am still waiting for a refund for this device and they are refusing to collect this toy from me for a refund. am waiting for a refund for the last two weeks. very bad attitude. never recommend this brand anymore.

Excellent handset!
This handset has exceeded my expectations in every way. The only drawback is no wireless charging but I can live with that!

Great Display
I ordered the Oneplus 7 pro Nebula blue with 12GB ram and 256GB storage. The phone is very fast and easy to use. Great display for watching YT or Netflix. Battery life is average but the phone charges very fast with Warp charge. Camera is alright but not as good as the Huawei P30 pro or Pixel 3 Xl.
