Excellent
I bought this phone as a gift for a friend,(Who was an avid iphone user), as I love my OnePlus Nord 2 they now are a lover of the OnePlus phone, they haven't stopped raving about it, 100% again guys, ye knocked the ball out of the park, now I tell everyone about your products, excellent products, keep up the good work, can't wait to get my hands on the New OnePlus 10 pro when it's released this year. Cheers guys.

Upgrading from a 7 pro to a 9 pro
Excellent phone, I was slightly apprehensive on whether or not to move from the oneplus 7 pro to the oneplus 9 Pro but it's definitely worth it. Although I have Android 11 on the 7pro it's just smoother on the 9pro fits nicer in the hand.

Brightness
The brightness of the phone is not great. Not that bright at all. When using the adjustment bar you can barely notice brightness increasing at all. Disappointed with this.

Good phone
Good phone but they don't have an option to get a screen protector that fits the pro 9 plus on the online shop. In my case I bought the pro 9 screen protector which didn't fit and was the only option for this phone. Tried to get it returned but keep getting useless replies and I still have not got the protector exchanged.
If buying this phone then get yourself a screen protector elsewhere.

Good phone no 5G in Ireland the Nord 2 does
Good phone but saying it has 5 G is wrong the Nord 2 at half it's price has it so if you want a 5G phone get the Nord 2
Apart from that it's a good phone not great for the money

3rd OnePlus phone and quite possibly the last
Had previously owed a 3 than 6T i was very happy with them, the new 9 pro failed to deliver on quality and and original standards and goals. Increasing amount of unremovable spam software is shipped with the phone, the batter barely lasts 12 hours, the software is currently very luggish at best, certain camera functions greatly under performs. I even consider a refund as 1000 euros cost can be hardly warranted for this poor product.
