Excellent mobile

Mobile is awesome, but don't buy from one plus website as they do not provide IMIE number on the bill. So, it will be difficult to sell the device or exchange.

One plus store not a refund option

OnePlus 8 Pro is a very useless phone. The biggest problem is the display and its battery life is also not right and the service of those one plus stores is also not right.
Even if someone wants to return the phone, they do not take back the phones of the plus store, they are very useless.

Many display issues Please don't buy

There are many display issues like black bar from camera,green tint,purple tint,black crush etc and when sent to service centre they told me this is not a deffect this is a feature of oneplus 8 pro not a deffect and reject the replacement.if it is a feature then you should mention in specification of the phone.very bad experience
there 15 days replacement policy is nothing.please don't buy
