OnePlus Bonanza

1. Users need to use their OnePlus account as OnePlus RCC identity authentication and RedCoins wallet to participate in the 'OnePlus 9th Anniversary Online Bonanza' (the 'Bonanza'), and one account (for one RCC member) can only participate in Bonanza once

2. The event rewards are RedCoins and a chance to participate in the lucky draw. Users can get up to 200 RedCoins and a chance to draw a free OnePlus smartphone (OnePlus 10T, 16+256, random color).

3. Users can only acquire and consume RedCoins in the region where the OnePlus account first received RedCoins (India / Europe / North America), and the RedCoins cannot be transferred across regions

4. Rewards details: Rewards are issued according to the number of stamps collected by the user.

1 Stamps = 50 RedCoins

3 Stamps = Extra 50 RedCoins

5 Stamps = Extra 100 RedCoins

7 Stamps = One extra chance of lucky draw

The RedCoins rewards will be automatically added to the user's OnePlus account, the lucky draw requires the user to click to participate

5. Users can complete the first 5 tasks and get corresponding rewards during the Bonanza period (Dec. 5th – Dec. 25th), while the remaining two tasks can only be completed after Dec. 17th local time

6. Rewards obtained from Bonanza cannot be used for commercial activities or resale, etc.

7. The results of the lucky draw are completely random, and have nothing to do with any purchase behavior of the user

Terms and Conditions

The campaign is live from 5th December ‘22 to 25th December ’22. In UK, the promoter is Unumplus Limited with registered address at Black Bull Yard 18a Hatton Wall, Second Floor, London, England, EC1N 8JH. For the other EEA countries excluding Germany, the promoter is Reflection Investment B.V., with its registered address at Hofplein 20,3032AC Rotterdam, Netherlands (“OnePlus” or “Company”). By participating in this campaign, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, so please read them carefully before you participate in the campaign and keep a copy for your records.

DETAILS OF THE CAMPAIGN:

1. This campaign is named "OnePlus 9^th Anniversary Bonanza"

2. Subject to the Company’s reasonable discretion, the campaign is open to individuals over the age of eighteen (18) residing in any selected country or region throughout the world (“Territory”. In Europe, this campaign is open to the eligible participant residing in and having a delivery address in the United Kingdom, Italy, Denmark, Poland, Finland, Netherlands, France, Sweden, Spain, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, and Slovakia. Due to legal restrictions, the Company is unable to accept participation from Sudan, North Korea, Syria, Iran, Cuba, the Crimea region, or any other countries/regions which may be subject to export controls or sanctions at the time of the campaign if their participation leads to the violation of to the relevant law or regulation.

3. Each OnePlus RCC Account can only participate and receive rewards in the ‘Bonanza’ once.

AWARDS AND ALLOCATION:

4. Awards for all participants

a) All participants that collect a certain number of stamps could receive corresponding rewards. Rewards include (up to 200) RedCoins and a single chance of lucky draw.

b) Types of tasks include log-in, subscription, redirecting to another page of the OnePlus Community, and (at least) 1 Redcoin consume on OnePlus Featuring Program. Therefore, participants give their express permission to be contacted by OnePlus via direct message or e-mail concerning this award.

5. Awards for specific users

a) Participants that accomplish all the tasks and collect all the stamps will get a chance to win a OnePlus 10T(16+256, random color).

b) Nine(9) winners in total will be selected at random globally. Winners will be announced on the Bonanza page immediately after drawing.

c) Each of the Nine(9) winners will receive a redeem code for a free OnePlus 10T, valid for 3 months upon receipt of the code (Total approximate retail value: €6,561). Winners can redeem the free OnePlus 10T through the redeem code on oneplus.com or OnePlus Store app where the online purchase is available in the corresponding country before stocks run out. In order to collect different stamps, users are supposed to meet the conditions respectively following tasks guidance:

d) The selected participants will automatically forfeit their claim to the Awards if they do not meet the eligibility criteria or do not comply with these T&Cs.

6. Awards are non-transferable.

PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION:

7. By entering the campaign and submitting any other personal information, participants are expressly consenting to the processing of their personal information, such as username and email, by the Company for the campaign or any associated announcement by Company or its affiliates. In Europe, the Company’s Privacy Policy for OnePlus Online Store will apply (https://www.oneplus.com/de/legal/privacy-policy-store).

GENERAL LIABILITY RELEASE:

8. By participating in this campaign, participants release Company, its employees, agents, affiliates, and assigns from any liability whatsoever, on any theory, and waive any claims and causes of action arising from or related to this campaign and/or fulfillment and/or use of the RedCoins, to the extent permitted by applicable law. However, nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes any person’s or entity’s liability for death or personal injury caused by their negligence or any other liability which may not be limited as a matter of law. Your statutory rights are not affected.

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES RESOLUTION:

9. Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of England & Wales (or by mandatory local laws, if applicable). Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects the rights of the consumer to rely on the mandatory local law.

10. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London to resolve any disputes that may arise. You may enforce your consumer protection rights according to the applicable local law.

MISCELLANEOUS:

11. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is or becomes invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. An invalid provision shall be replaced by a provision that is legally possible and comes as close as possible to the invalid provision in terms of content. The same applies to any loopholes.

12. OnePlus is entitled to exclude participants from this campaign who violate these Terms and Conditions, provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information, use unfair means, and/or try to manipulate the election result. In addition, participation in the campaign via dubious, fake accounts is not permitted. If there is a reason for exclusion, OnePlus is entitled to withdraw the awards, reclaim the awards that have already been handed out, or demand compensation for the value.

13. OnePlus is entitled to early end or postpone the campaign. This applies in particular to cases of force majeure and if proper execution of the campaign cannot be guaranteed for technical and/or legal reasons.

14. The participants agree that any tax (including the income tax) or another charge payable in conjunction with the awards is the sole responsibility of the participants.
