The campaign is live from 08:30 AM (EDT) on 15th January, 2024 to 8:59 AM (EDT) on 23rd January, 2024. In UK, the promoter is Unumplus Limited with registered address at 7 Albert Buildings, 49 Queen Victoria Street, London , EC4N 4SA. For the other EU countries, the promoter is Reflection Investment B.V., with its registered address at Hofplein 20,3032AC Rotterdam, Netherlands (“OnePlus” or “Company”). By participating in this campaign, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, so please read them carefully before you participate in the campaign and keep a copy for your records.

1.RULES:

a) The quiz is called “OnePlus 12 Exclusive Quiz”.

b)The quiz comprises of 8 questions.

c) You can play the quiz only once and a maximum of 5 RedCoins can be earned with the attempt.

d) Only Participants who finished OnePlus 12 exclusive quiz and answer at least one question correctly will get the chance to join the game.

e) After finishing the quiz submission, you will get a chance to participate in a prize drawing where you can get a chance to win 50 RedCoins or 50 EUR off on OnePlus 12 or free OnePlus Buds 3 in the form of a redeemable coupon or code on oneplus.com/ OnePlus Store App.

f) You can participate in the prize drawing only if you are a linked device member.

g) You can play the prize drawing only twice, after which you will not get a chance to win a prize.

h) Each participant can only win each prize (excluding the RedCoins) at most once in the prize drawing.

i) Prizes are first-come-first-served. Once stocked out, participants will not win anything.

2.ELIGIBILITY

a) Subject to the Company’s reasonable discretion, the campaign is open to individuals over the age of eighteen (18) residing in in and having a delivery address in the United Kingdom, Italy, Denmark, Poland, Finland, Netherlands, France, Sweden, Spain, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, and Slovakia.

b) Participants are required to fulfill other requirements as set forth in the Rules.

3.AWARDS AND ALLOCATION:

b) Eligible participants who finish the OnePlus 12 Exclusive Quiz and fulfill other requirements under this Terms and Conditions will get a chance to win a prize.

c) Prizes will be selected randomly. 999999 participants will be awarded 50 RedCoins. 7000 participants will be awarded one (1) coupon for 50 EUR off on OnePlus 12. Five (5) participants will be awarded a redeem code for one (1) OnePlus Buds 3. Prizes are first-come-first-served. Once stocked out, participants will not win anything.

d) The RedCoins, coupon or redeem code will be autometically issued to your OnePlus account.

e) RedCoins will be valid for one year upon receipt which can be redeemed during product purchase or through RedCoins Center. For the use of RedCoins, the Terms of Use of RedCoins (https://www.oneplus.com/support/terms-and-conditions-of-redcoins) will apply.

f) The coupon and the redeem code may only be redeemed on oneplus.com or OnePlus Store app where the online purchase is available in the corresponding country before stocks run out. The coupon for 50 EUR off on OnePlus 12 is valid from 15th Jan to 13th Feb 2024 upon receipt. This redeem code for OnePlus Buds 3 is valid from 15th Jan to 6th Mar 2024.

g) The selected participants will automatically forfeit their claim to the Awards if they do not meet the eligibility criteria or do not comply with these Terms and Conditions.

4. Awards are not transferable and not redeemable for cash, credit, or toward previous purchases.

5.PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION:

By entering the campaign and submitting any other personal information, participants are expressly consenting to the processing of their personal information, such as username and email, by the Company for the campaign or any associated announcement by Company or its affiliates. In Europe, the Company’s Privacy Policy for OnePlus Online Store Privacy Policy will apply (https://www.oneplus.com/legal/privacy-policy-store).

6.GENERAL LIABILITY RELEASE:

By participating in this campaign, participants release Company, its employees, agents, affiliates, and assigns from any liability whatsoever, on any theory, and waive any claims and causes of action arising from or related to this campaign and/or fulfillment and/or use of the RedCoins, coupons or redeem code, to the extent permitted by applicable law. However, nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes any person’s or entity’s liability caused by their negligence or any other liability which may not be limited as a matter of law. Your statutory rights are not affected.

7.GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES RESOLUTION:

a) Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of England & Wales (or by mandatory local laws, if applicable). Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects the rights of the consumer to rely on the mandatory local law.

b) You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London to resolve any disputes that may arise. You may enforce your consumer protection rights according to the applicable local law.

8.MISCELLANEOUS:

a) If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is or becomes invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. An invalid provision shall be replaced by a provision that is legally possible and comes as close as possible to the invalid provision in terms of content. The same applies to any loopholes.

b) OnePlus is entitled to exclude participants from this campaign who violate these Terms and Conditions, provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information, use unfair means, and/or try to manipulate the election result. In addition, participation in the campaign via dubious, fake accounts is not permitted. If there is a reason for exclusion, OnePlus is entitled to withdraw the awards, reclaim the awards that have already been handed out, or demand compensation for the value.

c) OnePlus is entitled to early end or postpone the campaign. This applies in particular to cases of force majeure and if proper execution of the campaign cannot be guaranteed for technical and/or legal reasons.

d) The participants agree that any tax (including the income tax) or another charge payable in conjunction with the awards is the sole responsibility of the participants unless otherwise required by the applicable law.
