ONEPLUS FLIP AND WIN CHALLENGE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This campaign is brought to you by 1) for the UK: Unumplus Limited with registered address at 7 Albert Buildings, 49 Queen Victoria Street, London , EC4N 4SA;; 2) for other European countries: Reflection Investment B.V., with its registered address at Hofplein 20,3032AC Rotterdam, Netherlands. (collectively “OnePlus” or “we”)
Eligible Participants: Participants who are over the age of eighteen (18), reside in and have a delivery address in United Kingdom,German,Italy, Denmark, Poland, Finland, Netherlands, France, Sweden, Spain, Austria, Bulgaria, Estonia, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Belgium, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, or Slovakia (“campaign territories”).
Please read the below terms and conditions ("T&Cs") before entering the Flip and Win Challenge Campaign ("Campaign "). You agree that, by participating in this Campaign, you will be bounded by these T&Cs in relation to this Campaign and/or Prize (as defined hereinafter). You acknowledge that you satisfy all Campaign eligibility requirements as provided herein below.
For the purposes of these T&Cs, wherever the context so requires, "you" or "your" shall mean any natural person who is a participant in the Campaign and the Consumer or Customer.
1. Flip and win Challenge Campaign will start on 18th June 2024 and end on 24th June 2024 (“campaign period”).
2.The participant must register or log in to their OnePlus account of the campaign territories on oneplus.com.
3.The participant must visit oneplus.com and go to the ‘Flip and Win Challenge’ section on URL: https://www.oneplus.com/launch/nord-ce-4-lite-5g.
4.The participant can flip maximum 4 cards in a day.
5.The participant should complete all the tasks mentioned on the flipped card to be eligible to flip the card and win corresponding rewards. The rewards include:
a) Flipped over 1 card can get 100 RedCoins.
b) Flipped over 2 cards can get a coupon: 100 € off on orders over 1000 €. Valid for 30 days upon the receipt of the coupon.
c) Flipped over 3 cards can get a free shipping coupon. Valid for 30 days upon the receipt of the coupon.
d) Flipped over 4 cards can get 30% off on Accessories. Valid for 30 days upon the receipt of the coupon.
6.After all the four cards have been flipped over and the requested tasks been completed, the participant will be eligible to enter the final Lucky Draw .
7.Lucky draw winners will be randomly selected to get one of following prizes:
• Each of the two (2) winners will receive one (1) OnePlus Nord CE4 Lite 5G.
• Each of the thirty (30) winners will receive one (1) OnePlus Nord CE4 Lite 5G Case.
• The rest of the participants of the lucky draw will receive one (1) 5 € off coupon on Accessories.
8. Each winner will receive one redemption code for one of the rewards mentioned above while stock lasts, which is valid for 30 days upon the receipt of the code. The winners will receive the redemption code on OnePlus account.
9. Corresponding discount or coupon can be used when checking out while purchasing OnePlus products at oneplus.com or OnePlus Store APP within the campaign territories, and while stock lasts. The discount or coupon can't be used in combination with other discount or coupon.
10. The promotion code can’t be combined with any other ongoing offer/promotion/discount. Each order can only be applied with one promotion code each time.
11. Lucky Draw Prizes cannot be returned or refunded for cash at any point of time.
12. To the extent permited by the applicable law, the participants agree that any tax (including the income tax) or another charge payable in conjunction with the awards is the sole responsibility of the participants.
Miscellaneous
13. If any provision of these T&Cs is or becomes invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. An invalid provision shall be replaced by a provision that is legally possible and comes as close as possible to the invalid provision in terms of content. The same applies to any loopholes.
14. OnePlus is entitled to exclude participants from this Campaign who violate these T&Cs, provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information, use unfair means, and/or try to manipulate the election result. In addition, participation in the Campaign via dubious, fake accounts is not permitted. If there is a reason for exclusion, OnePlus is entitled to withdraw the awards, reclaim the awards that have already been handed out, or demand compensation for the value.
15. OnePlus is entitled to early end or postpone the Campaign. This applies in particular to cases of force majeure and if proper execution of the Campaign cannot be guaranteed for technical and/or legal reasons. OnePlus reserves the right to vary the Terms and Conditions of the Campaign with reasonable justification.
16. The participants agree that any tax (including the income tax) or another charge payable in conjunction with the awards is the sole responsibility of the participants.
