Éligibilité

Anyone who meets all of the following conditions is eligible to participate in the OnePlus Referral Program:

1. Has a valid OnePlus Account ID.
2. Purchased a OnePlus smartphone. Please note the following:

Si l'appareil a été acheté sur oneplus.com ou l'application OnePlus Store, le lien de parrainage sera créé automatiquement dans votre compte.
If the device was purchased from OnePlus Experience Store or other OnePlus official channels, the referral link will be created after the user verifies the IMEI number of the OnePlus device on oneplus.net.

Comment échanger vos points ?

Pour convertir des points, les utilisateurs OnePlus peuvent se rendre sur leur espace parrainage afin de dépenser les points de parrainage. Les utilisateurs OnePlus peuvent échanger les points de parrainage en bons d'achat, accessoires et produits OnePlus Gear. Les points de parrainage sont valables jusqu'au 31 décembre 2021. Après le 31 décembre 2021, tous les points de parrainage restants deviendront invalides et ne pourront plus être utilisés.

Termes et conditions d'utilisation des coupons

1. Les coupons obtenus avec différents liens de parrainage sont différents et changeront en fonction de l'événement.
2. Vous ne pouvez appliquer qu'un seul coupon par commande.
3. Si vous annulez une commande ou demandez un remboursement, les coupons utilisés seront renvoyés sur votre compte.
4. Les coupons ne peuvent pas être échangés contre de l'argent.
5. OnePlus se réserve le droit de révoquer ou de réévaluer l'utilisation de tous les coupons émis.

Sharing Referral Links

Referrals should only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes, and only shared with personal connections that will appreciate receiving these invitations. Referral links should not be published or distributed where there is no reasonable basis for believing that all or most of the recipients are personal friends (such as voucher websites, Reddit, or Wikipedia).

Referred friend(s) will get a voucher that will have discounts for accessories/ gear when purchased with a phone.

Modification de points et valeur du bon d'achat

OnePlus may modify the points of each referral (if applicable) and the value of vouchers after posting on the OnePlus website, which are effective upon announcement.

Parrainages multiples

The friend referred to the Program may only use one referral link. If a referee receives links from multiple OnePlus users, only the first used by the referee will receive the corresponding vouchers.

The relationship data between OnePlus users and the referred friends will be stored by OnePlus and visible to OnePlus users. The information includes who has used the referral and referral points or vouchers awarded for each referral.
Personal information we collect may be used for administering the OnePlus Referral Program ("Program") and will only be used for the purposes stated in these Terms and Conditions or other directly related purposes. In addition, you expressly agree to our collection and usage of your personal information for the purposes of administering and operating the Program. Divisibilité

Résiliation et modifications

OnePlus may suspend or terminate the Referral Program or a user’s ability to participate in the Referral Program at any time for any reason.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts or remove points if we notice any activity that we believe is abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of the OnePlus Terms of Service. We reserve the right to review and investigate all referral activities and to suspend accounts or modify referrals in our sole discretion as deemed fair and appropriate.
The scope, variety, and type of services and products that you may obtain by redeeming points or using voucher can change at any time.

Mises à jour des Conditions

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. If we modify these terms, we will post the modification on the OnePlus website or services, and such modified terms shall be effective upon posting. Continued participation in the Referral Program after any modification shall constitute consent to such modification.
