By far the best OnePlus
The performance is just unbelievable and so is the screen. I love the implementation of the swipe shortcuts allowing you to get rid of the control buttons altogether and providing an improved and comfortable single hand use. Quite remarkable considering that the size of the device has increased considerable compared to older OnePlus phones.
Although no need to mention it, the Warp Charge is second to none and it is really needed when using the core strength of the OnePlus 7 Pro...video watching and GAMING! I pity all those who jumped on to the wireless charge bandwagon and decided for a different flagship device, as wireless charging sucks (pardon my French) by comparison. Also pretty cool is that I can still use my older car Dash Charger. It isn't charging as quick of course, but still good enough to add some juice during my short commuting distance going to work.
The only thing I miss a little is the 3.5mm headphone jack. It pushes my towards investing into a set of wireless EarPods and unfortunately OnePlus doesn't provide a real solution to that yet. I'm sure the quality of the OnePlus Bullets is very good, but they are not really wireless.

Great
The experience was great from beginning to the end. I had some trouble with my payments yet the customer care team helped me and even went out of their way. Order was delivered within a day and the phone is excellent!

the best ever oneplus
would like to say a very big well done because this is the mobile i always wished for. since got my oneplus2 i said i will stay in the oneplus family and man it was great switching from the op2 to the op7pro
