Regarding tethering, you may have issues related to one or several of the items below
Bluetooth tethering
1. Check if the handset can use data traffic.
2. Check if handset A and handset B are within Bluetooth connection range.
3. Check whether the status bar shows a network share icon, generally it will display a mobile phone.
4.Reboot the device or restore factory mode to check if the Bluetooth function works well.
5. If Bluetooth function doesn't work, please back up all the data, clear cache and flash to the latest OS version.
USB tethering
1. Try to change to another data cable.
2. Setting & check following items
- go to "Setting"--"Wi-Fi & internet"--"hotspot & tethering" (for Android O:"Setting"--"Wireless&Networks")--check if "USB tethering" is enabled.
- Check whether the computer driver is installed successfully and the device is displayed
- Check if the driver installation is compatible with the computer version
