Your participation in this Take the Edge off contest (“Contest”) shall be deemed to be your complete acceptance of the Terms and Conditions herein. This Contest is sponsored by OnePlus Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd, China 518040 (“Sponsor”). By participating in this Contest, it will give participants (“potential candidates”) the chance to obtain a OnePlus 2 (“Promotional Prize”).

  • Promotional Description: This Contest begins on October 14 at 11:00 AM (GMT) and ends on October 18 at 11:00 AM (GMT). By participating in this contest, each applicant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respect.

  • Eligibility: This contest is only open to legal residents of countries that we operate/ship to and to those who are of 18 years or older. For more information on this please visit https://www.oneplus.com/support. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its parent, affiliated, and subsidiary companies, distributors, retailers, licensors, advertising and promotional agencies (collectively, “Sponsor’s Entities”) (and the immediate family members, including parents, spouses, children, and siblings, of all of the foregoing) are not eligible to participate or win.

  • Winner Selection: Potential candidates will be selected based on the criteria defined at the beginning of the contest. The potential candidate will be notified by email within thirty (30) days of the Contest, and be required to respond within three days of being notified to receive further instructions on how to claim their Promotional Prize. In the event that, for any reason whatsoever, the potential candidate fails to respond within three days of being notified by email, they will forfeit his/her claim to the Promotional Prize and the Sponsor shall not have any obligation whatsoever to compensate the potential candidate in any way. The Sponsor’s decision is final with respect to all matters relating to the awarding of the Promotional Prize and shall not be subject to review or appeal by any potential candidate or by any third party. Your participation in this Contest is considered your agreement that the Sponsor may contact you.

  • Official Prizes: The Promotional Prize for winning the Contest is the OnePlus 2, obtained from the Sponsor. The Promotional Prize will include the 64GB Sandstone Black OnePlus 2, a USB cable, and USB charger. The Promotional Prize will be mailed out to the Contest winner after the winner has provided the Sponsor with a valid mailing address and proof of identity. The Promotional Prize is neither transferable or exchangeable and cannot be exchanged for money or money’s worth.

  • Limitation of Liability: By entering the Contest each participant agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless the Sponsor, subsidiaries, affiliates, agencies, its legal representative, and all their employees from any damages whatsoever suffered or sustained in connection to the Contest or acceptance of the Promotional Prize. The Sponsor has no legal responsibility to check ownership of the donated smartphone.

  • To be eligible to receive the Promotional Prize, smartphones donated by the potential candidate to the Contest must comply with Sponsor requirements. The make of the donated smartphone must be one of the following: Samsung Galaxy S6, Samsung Galaxy S6 edge, Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+, or Samsung Galaxy Note 5. Donated smartphone must include the original charger accessories. Donated smartphone must be in working condition and without physical damage.

  • To ensure privacy protection, the participant should delete all personal data from the donated smartphone. Any data or information left on the smartphone is the participant’s responsibility and will not be used by the Sponsor.
