Invite More Friends Contest Terms and Conditions
Deze campagne wordt aangeboden door 1) voor het VK: Unumplus Limited met geregistreerd adres op 7 Albert Buildings, 49 Queen Victoria Street, Londen, EC4N 4SA; 2) voor andere landen: Reflection Investment B.V., met geregistreerd adres op Hofplein 20, 3032AC Rotterdam, Nederland (gezamenlijk “OnePlus” of “wij”)
1.The campaign is valid from December 2nd, 2024 at 11:00 CET through December 24th, 2024 at 14:00 CET.
2.ELIGIBILITY:
Eligible participants are individuals who
(1) are over the age of eighteen (18); and
(2) reside in United Kingdom, Italy, Denmark, Finland, Netherlands, Germany, Poland, Luxembourg, France, Sweden, Spain, Austria, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Belgium, Hungary, Estonia, Ireland, Latvia, Romania, Portugal, Greece, Croatia, Lithuania, Slovenia, or Slovakia (“campaign territories”) and have a delivery address in the campaign territories during the campaign period;
3. Subscribed users can invite friends. We highly recommend that you only invite friends who are interested in the products or service of OnePlus. All subscribed users can be reached later via email.
4. Upon event completion, the inviter ranks Top 10 with more than 30 invitees can win the prizes of follows, and Top 10 get RedCoins rewards.

5. Winners can check their prize information on the event page's View More section. Prizes will be issued as gift coupons to the winner's OnePlus account and RedCoins will credited to the winner's OnePlus account directly.
6. Winners can redeem the Gift Coupons on oneplus.com or OnePlus Store app within the contest territories, and while stock lasts. The redemption code is valid within 90 days after the launch of the new product. Products that have been released are valid within 90 days after receiving the coupon. Please redeem your prize in time. The coupon is valid for one-time use only and cannot be combined with any other promotion code, discounts, or offer.
7. RedCoins will be valid for one year upon receipt which can be redeemed during product purchase or through RedCoins Center. For the use of RedCoins, the Terms of Use of RedCoins (https://www.oneplus.com/support/terms-and-conditions-of-redcoins) will apply.
8. Prizes (including the gift coupon and RedCoins) cannot be returned or refunded for cash at any point of time.

10. Indien een bepaling van deze Algemene Voorwaarden (“T&Cs”) geheel of gedeeltelijk ongeldig is of wordt, heeft dit geen invloed op de geldigheid van de overige bepalingen. Een ongeldige bepaling wordt vervangen door een bepaling die wettelijk mogelijk is en die de ongeldige bepaling in de AV zo dicht mogelijk benadert. Hetzelfde geldt voor eventuele mazen in de wet.
11. OnePlus heeft het recht deelnemers uit te sluiten van deze campagne die deze T&C schenden, valse, misleidende of frauduleuze informatie verstrekken, oneerlijke middelen gebruiken en/of proberen het verkiezingsresultaat te manipuleren. Bovendien is deelname aan de campagne via dubieuze, valse accounts niet toegestaan. Als er een reden is voor uitsluiting, heeft OnePlus het recht om de prijs in te trekken, de reeds uitgereikte prijs terug te vorderen of een schadevergoeding te eisen.
12. OnePlus heeft het recht de campagne vroegtijdig te beëindigen of uit te stellen. Dit geldt in het bijzonder in gevallen van overmacht en als een correcte uitvoering van de campagne om technische en/of juridische redenen niet kan worden gegarandeerd. OnePlus behoudt zich het recht voor om de AV van de campagne met redelijke rechtvaardiging te wijzigen.
13. Voor zover toegestaan door de toepasselijke wetgeving, stemmen de deelnemers ermee in dat enige belasting (inclusief inkomstenbelasting) of andere heffing die verschuldigd is in verband met de prijs de exclusieve verantwoordelijkheid van de deelnemers is.
