This campaign is brought to you by 1) for the UK: Unumplus Limited with registered address at 7 Albert Buildings, 49 Queen Victoria Street, London , EC4N 4SA; 2) for other countries: Reflection Investment B.V., with its registered address at Hofplein 20,3032AC Rotterdam, Netherlands (collectively “OnePlus” or “we”)
1: Campaign duration: June 26 - July 5, 2023.
2: Eligible Participants: Participants who are over the age of eighteen (18) and complete the subscription on the following page: oneplus.com/launch/nord-3-5g in United Kingdom, Italy, Denmark, Poland, Finland, Netherlands, France, Sweden, Spain, Austria, Bulgaria, Estonia, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovenia, or Slovakia (“campaign territories”), residing in and having a delivery address in the campaign territories during the campaign period.
3: Two (2) winners will be randomly selected from all the eligible participants during the campaign period.
4: Each of the two (2) winners will receive one redemption code for a free OnePlus Nord 3 5G , valid for 30 days upon the receipt of the code.
5: We will notify the winners and send the redemption code by e-mail.
6: Winners can redeem the free OnePlus Nord 3 5G variant by using the redemption code on oneplus.com or OnePlus Store app within the campaign territories, and while stock lasts.
7. Prizes (including the redeem code and the phone) cannot be returned or refunded for cash at any point of time.
8. For the purpose of this campaign, we may process your email address. By entering this campaign, you are expressly consenting to the processing of your email address and being contacted by OnePlus via email for the purpose of the campaign. Miscellaneous
9. If any provision of these T&Cs is or becomes invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. An invalid provision shall be replaced by a provision that is legally possible and comes as close as possible to the invalid provision in terms of content. The same applies to any loopholes.
10. OnePlus is entitled to exclude participants from this Campaign who violate these T&Cs, provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information, use unfair means, and/or try to manipulate the election result. In addition, participation in the Campaign via dubious, fake accounts is not permitted. If there is a reason for exclusion, OnePlus is entitled to withdraw the awards, reclaim the awards that have already been handed out, or demand compensation for the value.
11. OnePlus is entitled to early end or postpone the Campaign. This applies in particular to cases of force majeure and if proper execution of the Campaign cannot be guaranteed for technical and/or legal reasons. OnePlus reserves the right to vary the Terms and Conditions of the Campaign with reasonable justification.
12. The participants agree that any tax (including the income tax) or another charge payable in conjunction with the awards is the sole responsibility of the participants.
