Perfect
The OnePlus PAD and the Free OnePlus Keyboard finally arrived. The shipping took a long time but the delivery was very fast. Both items arrived in perfect condition and sealed. I did not open them because they will be offered as a gift, but I’m very happy to finally see them. The packaging looks very professional.

Great pad
First of all, Thank you very much to Oneplus company ! Today, May 19 2023 I have received my wonderful pad. I like very much it ! I hope my pad will be working very nice together with my Oneplus 9 Pro. So, it's great, but it hasn't a charger. However, I have one from my Oneplus 9 Pro.

Very satisfied about this tab. Super fast charging, long time battery. I'm a loyal customer for OnePlus, since the first phone: OnePlus 1.

Kind of disappointed
The tab is all ok but kind of disappointed of OnePlus.
They are very expensive and the quality is not that higher as the price.
I'm thinking not to make purchases from this site in the future

Order receied incomplete!!!
Hello,
I should received also a free magnetic case as pa payed deposit on blind prior announcing any price of tablet!! According OP website...
I contacted support department but no answer in more than one week, even a supplier them printscreen as they requested.
I tried to make a return claim of the products as it seems that i was fouled but can't use the return form from the app!!!! Very strange....
I think i will nevere ever buy again from OP.:(
