Villkor för OnePlus värvningsprogram 

Deltaganderätt

Anyone who meets all of the following conditions is eligible to participate in the OnePlus Referral Program:

1. Has a valid OnePlus Account ID.
2. Purchased a OnePlus smartphone. Please note the following:

  • Om enheten köptes på oneplus.com eller OnePlus Store-appen skapades remisslänken automatiskt i ditt konto.
  • If the device was purchased from OnePlus Experience Store or other OnePlus official channels, the referral link will be created after the user verifies the IMEI number of the OnePlus device on oneplus.net.

Hur man löser in poäng

För att lösa in poäng kan OnePlus- användare besöka värvningshubben för att spendera värvningspoängen. OnePlus- användare kan kostnadsfritt byta värvningspoängen mot kuponger, OnePlus- tillbehör och prylar. Poängen gäller till och med den 31 december 2021. Efter den 31 december 2021 kommer alla återstående rekommendationspoäng att annulleras och kan inte längre användas för något ändamål.

Villkor för värdekoder

1. Värdekoderna som erhålls genom olika hänvisningslänkar är olika och kommer att ändras med eventet.
2. Du kan bara använda en värdekod för varje beställning.
3. Om du avbryter en beställning eller begär återbetalning kommer de gällande värdekoderna att returneras till ditt konto.
4. Värdekod kan inte bytas mot kontanter.
5. OnePlus förbehåller sig rätten att återkalla eller omvärdera användningen av alla utgivna värdekoder.

Sharing Referral Links

Referrals should only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes, and only shared with personal connections that will appreciate receiving these invitations. Referral links should not be published or distributed where there is no reasonable basis for believing that all or most of the recipients are personal friends (such as voucher websites, Reddit, or Wikipedia).

Referred friend(s) will get a voucher that will have discounts for accessories/ gear when purchased with a phone.

OnePlus may modify the points of each referral (if applicable) and the value of vouchers after posting on the OnePlus website, which are effective upon announcement.

Flera värvningar 

The friend referred to the Program may only use one referral link. If a referee receives links from multiple OnePlus users, only the first used by the referee will receive the corresponding vouchers.

Sekretesspolicy

The relationship data between OnePlus users and the referred friends will be stored by OnePlus and visible to OnePlus users. The information includes who has used the referral and referral points or vouchers awarded for each referral.
Personal information we collect may be used for administering the OnePlus Referral Program ("Program") and will only be used for the purposes stated in these Terms and Conditions or other directly related purposes. In addition, you expressly agree to our collection and usage of your personal information for the purposes of administering and operating the Program. Our Privacy Policy [https://oneplus.com/privacy-and-legal] will apply to this Program and to all personal information collected in this Program.

Avskiljbarhet

OnePlus may suspend or terminate the Referral Program or a user’s ability to participate in the Referral Program at any time for any reason.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts or remove points if we notice any activity that we believe is abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of the OnePlus Terms of Service. We reserve the right to review and investigate all referral activities and to suspend accounts or modify referrals in our sole discretion as deemed fair and appropriate.
The scope, variety, and type of services and products that you may obtain by redeeming points or using voucher can change at any time.

Uppdateringar av villkoren

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. If we modify these terms, we will post the modification on the OnePlus website or services, and such modified terms shall be effective upon posting. Continued participation in the Referral Program after any modification shall constitute consent to such modification.
