1: Campaign duration: 3th July 2024 - 16th July 2024
2: Eligible Participants: Participants who are over the age of eighteen (18) and complete the subscription on the following page: https://www.oneplus.com/launch/summer-launch-event in United Kingdom (excluding North Ireland), Italy, Denmark, Finland, Netherlands, Germany, Poland, Luxembourg, France, Sweden, Spain, Austria, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Belgium, Hungary, Estonia, Ireland, Latvia, Romania, Portugal, Greece, Croatia, Lithuania, Slovenia, or Slovakia (“campaign territories”), residing in and having a delivery address in the campaign territories during the campaign period.
3: Participants who subscribe on https://www.oneplus.com/launch/summer-launch-event during 3rd July 2024 - 16th July 2024 are considered to be participating in the following campaign.
Campaign Rules
(1) When subscription number reach certain amount (“subscription milestones”), different prizes will be added to the prize pool.
(2) There are four subscription milestones:
- 1st milestone：the number of subscriptions reaches 50,000
- 2nd milestone：the number of subscriptions reaches 70,000
- 3rd milestone：the number of subscriptions reaches 90,000
- 4th milestone：the number of subscriptions reaches 120,000
(3) The following are the prizes for each subscription milestones:

- 2nd milestone：1*OnePlus Watch 2R / 2*OnePlus Nord 4 / Guaranteed 10 € off coupon on OnePlus Nord Buds 3 Pro & OnePlus Watch 2R
- 3rd milestone：1*OnePlus Nord Buds 3 Pro / 1*OnePlus Watch 2R / 2*OnePlus Nord 4 / Guaranteed 100 € off on orders over 1000 €
- 4th milestone：3*OnePlus Family Bundle（which including 1*OnePlus Watch 2R+1*OnePlus Nord Buds 3 Pro+1*OnePlus Nord 4+1*OnePlus Pad 2）/ Guaranteed 100 € off on orders over 1000 €
The earlier you subscribe the more prizes you can get. If you subscribe before the first subscription milestone is reached and the final total subscription number reaches the 4th milestones , you'll get at least 4 coupons!
(4) After each subscription milestone is reached, winners will be randomly selected from all the eligible participants during the campaign period, and the prize will be automatically sent to your OnePlus account in the form of a coupon or redeem code. You can use the coupon or redeem code within the validity period as indicated in your OnePlus account.
(5) Winners can redeem the free OnePlus Nord Buds 3 Pro / OnePlus Nord 4 / OnePlus Watch 2R / OnePlus Pad 2 by using the redemption code on oneplus.com or OnePlus Store app within the campaign territories, and while stock lasts. The value of these prizes may be found on http://oneplus.com
(6) Prizes (including the redeem code and the phone) cannot be returned or refunded for cash at any point of time.
4. The coupon can’t be combined with any other ongoing offer/promotion/discount. Each order can only be applied with one coupon each time.
5. For the purpose of this campaign, we may process your email address and OnePlus account name. By entering this campaign, you are expressly consenting to the processing of your email address and being contacted by OnePlus via email for the purpose of the campaign. Miscellaneous
6. If any provision of these T&Cs is or becomes invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. An invalid provision shall be replaced by a provision that is legally possible and comes as close as possible to the invalid provision in terms of content. The same applies to any loopholes.
7. OnePlus is entitled to exclude participants from this Campaign who violate these T&Cs, provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information, use unfair means, and/or try to manipulate the election result. In addition, participation in the Campaign via dubious, fake accounts is not permitted. If there is a reason for exclusion, OnePlus is entitled to withdraw the awards, reclaim the awards that have already been handed out, or demand compensation for the value.
8. OnePlus is entitled to early end or postpone the Campaign. This applies in particular to cases of force majeure and if proper execution of the Campaign cannot be guaranteed for technical and/or legal reasons. OnePlus reserves the right to vary the Terms and Conditions of the Campaign with reasonable justification.
9. To the extent permited by the applicable law, the participants agree that any tax (including the income tax) or another charge payable in conjunction with the awards is the sole responsibility of the participants.
