Better than BEST
After all my research, I settle on this phone and since I used to use the Honor 7, I found this to be a more superior brand though a change of manufacturer although still having similar mentality.
I find this phone the same power like the other flagship Samsung phones on the UK market.
I would highly recommend these Oneplus phones to all phone lovers unless those who still want to pay 2X the price to get a similar phone due to the brand name.

Great product
Awesome product with top specs and a competitive price. Truly lives up to the OnePlus slogan of 'Never Settle' . Had a issue with my order however the costumer service team resolved the issue with promptness and ease. Thank you Jhay for listening and putting yourself in the shoes of the customer.

BEST PHONE OF 2018!!!...must Appreciate.
OO,OnePlus 6 is definitely a flagship killer as far as looks and performance is concerned. Display is just amazing and the camera is also the best at this price point. Only gripe is its battery life. Battery is draining fast for me. It will give you a full day back up in moderate usage but if you are a heavy user you might need to plug in. Overall I'm very satisfied and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to buy in this price range...

Faulty product. Worst customer experience ever
I was happy enough with my purchase for the few hours while it worked. I spent a day getting the phone set up & transferring about 50GB of files on. Seemed like a good choice of phone until it ceased to work completely within a couple more hours. The power on/off button stopped working so I thought I would try the system software update available from the settings menu in an attempt to remedy it. This bricked the phone and left it stuck in a safeboot screen which was impossible to navigate out of because the buttons had ceased to work. There was simply no way to reset the phone from here. No one from tech support had any answers as to how it could possibly be fixed. So after wasting a whole day setting it up the best they could offer me was to replace it. There was no way for me to remove or recover my data from the phone.
Unfortunately the customer service from Oneplus was so consistantly terrible that they could not even answer the most basic queries and kept passing me round in moronic circles for the whole next week until I eventually submitted to the fact that getting the phone replaced was no longer an option. These jokers could simply not be trusted to deliver a pint of milk. I've never experienced anything quite like it. It's like they were almost being purposefully moronic as somekind of trolling exercise after taking £600 of my money.
They did not have the first clue as to what issue was that caused this. Only that this sometimes happens and that they could not guarantee it would not happen again with the replacement.
It's actually difficult to put into words what a circus it is trying to deal with the people at Oneplus but before purchasing anything from them I would strongly advise reading through all the trustpilot reviews to give yourself a taste as to what to expect.
I actually really wanted the phone replaced because it did actually fit the bill for all my needs but dealing with this company was so relentlessly painful at every turn I was eventually forced into just requesting all my money back. I hate to think what it would be like dealing with them outside of the 15 day return period or on any warranty issues. They really left me with no choice.
Apparantly it's not unusual for these phones to do this randomly at anytime, so unless you have all 256GB of your files backed up somewhere you will most likely lose all your files as there is no SD card option and no way to recover your data once this occurs. I guess I'm sort of lucky that it happened within the first day so that I only lost what was on it at the time and was in a position to get my money back.
I was initially pulled in by positive reviews online myself but can only warn you against this company and implore you to read through all the feedback left the on trustpilot to get an idea of what you'll be dealing with.
Still haven't had my money back from them as the saga continues but hopefully will soon and I can buy a phone that actually works.

Horrendous phone and victimised
Dear friends,
I recently tried two oneplus6 phones upon seeing some youtube videos, It is my first move from Apple devices with great service experience and must say it didn't meet my expectations at all.
1st phone: in a week's time the speaker was producing uneven sounds, raising and lowering it's sound randomly. had returned and got a refund as it was within 30 days period.
2nd phone: thought 1st one to be just bad luck and made another purchase, silk white this time. Since day 1 it had mobile data problem where it couldnt catch 4g signals and would continuously switch between H+ and 4g giving me very slow connection. (Note, i have used the same network in the same area before and the scenario was identical.) Moreover, one morning the screen started flickering for no apparent reason and returned it for a refund on the 23/9/18 after buying it on the 9/9/18. To my surprise, they have responded that the phone now has a crack on the screen. Surely, there was none when i sent it through courier UPS as i have checked it well and wiped it off all around with tissues. After multiple communication, the summary is, i am penalised for not taking a picture before sending it ( i didnt even have a phone for, daily use, let alone a camera phone), they declined the refund. when asked to speak to a manager they said, the customer service is the only team i can communicate to! They have a "specialist" with whom i cant talk and the service agent cannot make a decision. Perfect scenerio to hang me up but i have not given up and still waiting on a reply. Will update you as i have a final decision.
Note, If i wanted i could have been dishonest and returned the device stating it had a cracked screen before sending it off as it was only 14th day. The device already had screen faultss and (most probably) UPS had damaged it during its transit to Poland from UK. Now, i am being blamed for damaging the device and not keeping a proof. also note, i have spoken with the customer service several times before sending both devices back, none of them mentioned a single time to take pictures hence sent it off without thinking much. Hope to get a refund soon and buy myself a phone.

So far a great phone
I've had the phone about one hour now, and so far the phone is amazing, it's everything you could want from a phone, the red is beautiful, the overall aesthetic of the phone is amazing no complaints on that, the slider to change the notifications of the phone (silent, vibrate, ring) is an amazing feature, the fingerprint sensor is amazingly fast, faster than any other phone I've had access too! The camera is amazing quality no faults with that for day to day use, the phone itself is fast and so far hasn't encounter any performance issues, the lack of bloatware makes the phone even better, this means that you don't have to go out of your way to download custom tools to remove the bloatware companies like apple and Samsung force upon you, it was easy to set up out of the box, the gestures and features the phone has are really easy to learn and pickup, I am yet to try the facial recognition so I can't comment on how good that is however I have full hopes in it for when I do decide to give it a try. Overall this is an amazing phone, and for the price it is a must have.

OnePlus is underrated yet deserves respect
i've been using samsung brand, and i was like, it is time for me to try something new. altough samsung phones are beautiful (let's be honest), but in just 2-3 years, they tend to have screen problems. i came across oneplus after watching D2D and Unbox therapy review on youtube and since then. I decided to take the risk.
first impression: Red is attractive but this phone is heavier than my Samsung note3 which I had for 3 years but i can live with that.
i'm glad i purchased this elegant Red Oneplus 6. very fast! i'm very impressed. been using this for almost 4mos now with no problem at all. in just 30minutes, battery's fully charged. this phone's going to be my brother's. and i'm looking forward to have oneplus 6T soon and to see what's this future phone has to offer.
looking forward for a Red OnePlus 6T.
p/s, hope they do sustain the phone jack otherwise it will be a goodbye
