2: Eligible Participants: Participants who are over the age of eighteen (18) and complete the subscription on the following page: https://www.oneplus.com/launch/12 in United Kingdom, Italy, Denmark, Poland, Finland, Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Sweden, Spain, Austria, Bulgaria, Czechia, Hungary, Estonia, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovenia, or Slovakia (“campaign territories”), residing in and having a delivery address in the campaign territories during the campaign period.
3: Participants who subscribe on https://www.oneplus.com/launch/12 during Nov.27.2023 - Jan.23.2024 are considered to be participating in the following two campaigns.
A. OnePlus Bonus Drop
(1) After subscribing, the account will be automatically recognised as eligible for purchase the OnePlus Bonus Drop at a price of £1, and the Participants can purchase when OnePlus Bonus Drop is available.
(2) The number of OnePlus Bonus Drop is limited to 2000pcs. The first batch is 500pcs (release time: Jan.15.2024,2:00pm GMT), the second batch is 1,000pcs (release time: Jan.17.2024,2:00pm GMT), the third batch is 500pcs (release time: Jan.22.2024,2:00pm GMT). First come first served.

(4) You can go to https://www.oneplus.com/product/oneplus-duffel-bag with specific coupon to redeem a free OnePlus Power of Community Duffel Bag. This product can only be ordered individually, if there are other products in the same order, some of the discounts will be invalidated.
(5) OnePlus Bonus Drop (including the coupon and RedCoins) cannot be returned or refunded for cash at any point of time.
B. Subscribe to win OnePlus 12 series
(1) Twelve (12) winners will be randomly selected from all the eligible participants during the campaign period.
(2) Each of the twelve (12) winners will receive one redemption code for a free OnePlus 12 or OnePlus 12R (RRP is to be disclosed after product launch), valid for 30 days upon the receipt of the code.
(3) We will notify the winners and send the redemption code by e-mail.
(4) Winners can redeem the free OnePlus 12 or OnePlus 12R by using the redemption code on oneplus.com or OnePlus Store app within the campaign territories, and while stock lasts.
(5) Prizes (including the redeem code and the phone) cannot be returned or refunded for cash at any point of time.
4. For the purpose of this campaign, we may process your email address, account information, payment information. By entering this campaign, you are expressly consenting to the processing of your personal information and being contacted by OnePlus via email for the purpose of the campaign. 5. If any provision of these T&Cs is or becomes invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. An invalid provision shall be replaced by a provision that is legally possible and comes as close as possible to the invalid provision in terms of content. The same applies to any loopholes.
6. OnePlus is entitled to exclude participants from this Campaign who violate these T&Cs, provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information, use unfair means, and/or try to manipulate the election result. In addition, participation in the Campaign via dubious, fake accounts is not permitted. If there is a reason for exclusion, OnePlus is entitled to withdraw the awards, reclaim the awards that have already been handed out, or demand compensation for the value.
7. OnePlus is entitled to early end or postpone the Campaign. This applies in particular to cases of force majeure and if proper execution of the Campaign cannot be guaranteed for technical and/or legal reasons. OnePlus reserves the right to vary the Terms and Conditions of the Campaign with reasonable justification.
8. The participants agree that any tax (including the income tax) or another charge payable in conjunction with the awards is the sole responsibility of the participants unless otherwise required by the applicable law.
