OnePlus 13 Early Bird Campaign Terms & Conditions
This campaign is brought to you by 1) for the UK: Unumplus Limited with registered address at 7 Albert Buildings, 49 Queen Victoria Street, London , EC4N 4SA; 2) for other EU countries: Reflection Investment B.V., with its registered address at Hofplein 20,3032AC Rotterdam, Netherlands (collectively “OnePlus” or “we”)
Early Bird - Deposit Stage:
Campaign period: Dec 18, 10:30am GMT,2024 - Jan 7, 4:30 pm GMT, 2025
1. Price of OnePlus 13 is not displayed during this stage. The price of OnePlus 13 will be revealed on Jan 7, 4:30 pm GMT, 2025.
2. Paying in installments is not allowed during this stage.
3. Any offers (including coupons, token or other discounts) cannot be applied during this deposit stage.
4. Offer for paying deposit
Customers who participate in our Early Bird offer and make a deposit order within the campaign period will automatically get the chance to receive the following discount and free gifts (“Promotion”)：
1) Addtional £50 off on your purchase price.
2) A OnePlus Watch 2R worth to £249 or a Bang & Olufsen Beosound Explore Outdoor bluetooth speaker Navy（applicable for the order of OnePlus 13 with higher spec ONLY）worth to £219. Limited stock
3) An extra £50 if you trade in your old device.
4) 10% Student discount.
5. After the deposit is paid (before Jan 7, 4:30 pm GMT, 2025), make sure that the remaining payment is made before the deadline (Jan 11th, 10:59 pm GMT, 2025). Otherwise, your order (as well as the £50 discount coupon and free gifts) will be canceled automatically. Please note: your shipping and billing address cannot be changed later.
6. During the deposit stage, no sale or pre-order contract will be concluded between OnePlus and you. You can cancel the order during the deposit stage, the deposit will be refunded to the paying account within 1-7 business days.
7. Only after the remaining balance is paid, you can go to Order Details to download the invoices for down payment and remaining amount, which will be issued separately.
8. In order to reserve, you need to pay the deposit first. You can pay the remaining balance including the shipping fee, tax, insurance expenses, price for any other items purchased when you make the down payment.
Final payment Stage:
Campaign duration: Jan 7, 4:35 pm GMT, 2025 - Jan 11th, 10:59 pm GMT, 2025.
1. Price of OnePlus 13 will be displayed in this stage.
2. Please note that the deposit you paid during the deposit stage serves solely to reserve your opportunity to place an order at the final payment stage and is not part of the product price. If you decide to place an order in the final payment stage, the deposit will be applied to the total payment for the order. Please pay the remaining balance within the specified time limit. If you fail to pay the remaining amount before the due date, your reserved order (as well as the £50; discount coupon and free gifts) will be canceled and the deposit will be refunded to the payment account within 1-7 working days.
3. You can cancel the order before it is shipped. If you decide to cancel the order, your payment (including deposit and final payment) will be returned to you separately.
4. When making the final payment, your current shipping or billing address cannot be changed.
5. When making the final payment, Shipping methods cannot be changed.
6. The £50 off coupon on OnePlus 13 can be applied to make the final payment.
7. You can use trade-in when paying the balance.

Shipping rules:
The shipment of Early bird products may be delayed. For actual shipping time, please refer to the shipping instructions described on the Product Detail page.
Refunds instructions:
If a order is cancelled or withdrawn, whether before or after the product is dispatched, any associated Promotion should be cancelled or returned as well. If applicable, compensation for the value of the Promotion may be required.
Miscellaneous:
1. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is or becomes invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. An invalid provision shall be replaced by a provision that is legally possible and comes as close as possible to the invalid provision in the Terms and Conditions. The same applies to any loopholes.
2. We are entitled to exclude customers from the order who violate these Terms and Conditions, provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information, use unfair means, and/or try to manipulate the order process. If there is a reason for exclusion, we are entitled to withdraw the Promotion, reclaim the Promotion that has already been handed out, or demand compensation for the value.
3. We are entitled to early end or postpone the order process. This applies in particular to cases of force majeure and if proper execution of the order cannot be guaranteed for technical and/or legal reasons. We reserve the right to vary the Terms and Conditions with reasonable justification.
