How it works

    1. Pre-order Nord with a £20 payment and we’ll start sending you awesome merch right away. Don’t forget to sign up to our newsletter for full instructions.

  2. STEP TWO

    2. Once Nord is released, we’ll send an invitation code and a £20 voucher to your OnePlus account so you can complete your phone order. Fun fact - everyone that pre-orders will also receive a surprise gift, too.

  3. STEP THREE

    3. Control your feverish excitement until Nord arrives!

What do I get with my £20 payment?

The earlier you pre-order, the more Nord merch you’ll get. Simple.

1. 1st and 2nd round pre-orders will come with a random lifestyle product, a sticker pack, and other mystery gifts. The earliest 3rd round pre-orders will come with a sticker pack and a mystery gift.

2. Pre-orders will come with an invitation code and a £20 voucher that will be sent to you before launch to make sure you secure your Nord.

3. Orders made immediately after release will come with Nord and a surprise gift. And those of you that are especially early will also receive Nord in exclusive packaging.

How long until my merch arrives?

That all depends on when you pre-ordered. 1st-2nd round pre-orders will come with a random lifestyle product and a sticker pack – both will be delivered in 3-5 business days. Oh, we’ve also got some mystery gifts for you, too - we’ll try to bundle these in with your merch, but if we can’t, we’ll send them separately. 3rd round pre-orders won’t come with any random lifestyle products, and only the earliest of you will receive a mystery gift.

Is my pre-order payment refundable?

After you secure your Nord with a £20 payment, we’ll send you a £20 voucher when Nord releases so you can order it at a discount. All vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Customers are not permitted to sell, trade, or purchase vouchers without the permission of OnePlus.

If I want to return Nord, do I need to return all my Nord merch?

If you want to return Nord, you’ll also have to return the surprise gift bundled with it.

What if there’s a problem with my Nord device?

Every Nord smartphone undergoes rigorous factory testing before it’s neatly boxed up and shipped to you. However, in the unlikely event you receive a defective device please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.

Can I pre-order Nord in my country?

This pre-order promotion is limited to the following countries:
