Any unexpected or unintentional external Damage to the device due to any of the following:
- Accidental Damage
- Damage caused by Liquid contact
- Damage due to fire, lightning, riots, acts of God
This Service Contract is valid for 1 Year/2 Years (as applicable) from the OnePlus device purchase date or Service Contract activation date, whichever is earlier.
If the purchase of the OnePlus Protection ADH Service Contract by Servify is made along with the device from the OnePlus Store, the Service Contract Invoice will be emailed by Servify after the purchase is successfully completed. The activation code will be emailed & sent via a text message by Servify after the purchase is successfully completed.
If the purchase only includes the OnePlus Protect Service Contract by Servify, then there will be no physical shipment. The Service Contract Invoice will be emailed, and the activation code will be emailed & sent via a text message by Servify after the purchase is successfully completed.
This is an easy 2-step activation process
Step 1: You will receive an activation code and OnePlus Care mobile application download link on your registered Email ID & registered mobile number.
Step 2: Download the app and activate your Servify Service Contract by following the instructions provided in the mobile application.
The purchase & activation process of the Servify Service Contract must be completed within 30 days of purchasing the OnePlus device, and on the same device for which the OnePlus Protection Service Contract is purchased.
- Raise a request in the OnePlus Care mobile application/ Website or call the call center
- Answer a few questions on the incident
- On approval, mail-in the damaged device to the designated Servify Service Location (as shown on the OnePlus Care mobile application or website)
- Device will be repaired at an Authorized Service Centre and delivered back to you!
- This is the only authorized ADH Service Contract from OnePlus
- No logistics charges for mail-in and no delivery charges during claim
- Completely paperless service process
- All repairs are done at OnePlus Authorized Service Centers
- Completely transparent and convenient process with real time updates on the service request through OnePlus Care mobile application and website
If the damage repair is covered under the Service Contract (subject to fulfilment of all mandatory conditions), you only pay towards a mandatory deductible fee of:
- US $49 for screen repairs/replacement o
- US $99 for damages other than screen or replacement of the device
Any other charges not covered under the Service Contract. The charges will be notified to you before repair.
- The complete service process takes about 7-15 business Days (subject to parts availability) from the time you submit all the required information.
