Best smartphone I've ever had!

Coming from the Huawei P10 Plus and all the headaches I had with that phone to this spectacular design we call the OnePlus 7 Pro!

I was referred to this company by several people before giving in and luckily I tuned in just two weeks before this phone's launch. Let me say, I was utterly STOKED at all of the new features I would be able to play with. The hype was real from the beginning. When my device finally arrived (Which was super fast!) I couldn't wait to unbox it. I just had to indulge in everything this company had to offer and even picked up the Bullets 2.

I am incredibly impressed in how much effort this company put into this device and how well they LISTENED and responded to the camera issues. I cannot set this phone down(Thank you Zen mode!) It is just beautiful and is the perfect pocket mate for a small business owner like me.

This phone kicks ass. Don't let the junk online phase you from all of the incredible features this phone has to offer.

Simply Amazing!!!

I bought this phone to replace my existing One plus 6T I had bought last year in October and don't get me wrong I loved my 6T but when I heard they announced the 7 Pro I immediately didn't hesitate to review the specs etc.. As I anxiously awaiting the arrival of the 7 Pro I began to unravel the new product in my hand and though Wow this is definitely going to be a game changer. I posted pics online to my friends and they were jealous of how beautiful the color and screen was. The transfer data was so easy I didn't even lose a scratch of files and all my pictures were showed up on my new 7pro. The picture quality of the this phone is absolutely stunning and from what reviewers were saying that the camera is not like the pixel were wrong I took some amazing photos I couldn't be any happier. I love how the front facing camera comes up when your taking a picture it's great. It does come with a screen protector plus a clear phone case which is a plus in my book. The chart station is incredible and charged in 22 minutes. I would like to say Thank you for listening to people's words and coming up with such a great product.

Not bad,someting need growing up

Design: Matte beauty with teardrop notch
OnePlus isn't pushing any design boundaries with the 6T, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. The matte Midnight Black model I tested is a subtle standout in a sea of glassy black 6-inch slabs (i.e., almost every other Android flagship). The glossy Mirror Black shade is more run-of-the-mill. Unfortunately, OnePlus isn't releasing a Silk White variant of the 6T, at least not yet. The pearly finish of that OnePlus 6 model was one-of-a-kind. The Mirror and Midnight Black hues are standard for OnePlus, so it would be nice to see a fresh shade for the 6T.
OnePlus has slightly refined its go-to aesthetic for the 6T with tweaks like a teardrop-shaped notch, which is significantly smaller than the iPhone X-style notch at the top of the OnePlus 6's display. The 6T's bottom bezel is also a smidge thinner than its predecessor's. But the overall dimensions have remained largely the same over the years, even as display size has increased and the fingerprint sensor has moved from chin to back to beneath the display.

And even though OnePlus has embraced glass with the 6T and ditched the headphone jack (yes, it's true), the company has still shied away from supporting wireless charging.

Display: Still stunning
The OnePlus 6T’s display quality easily rivals flagships twice its price. The expansive, 6.4-inch AMOLED (2340 x 1080) panel is slightly taller than the OnePlus 6's screen, but the most noticeable difference is the less obtrusive dewdrop notch. OnePlus slimmed down the camera cut-out from the 6's iPhone X replica to one that resembles the short-lived Essential Phone. The design tweak makes the screen feel truly edge-to-edge in a way that notched flagships don't.
The OnePlus 6T's display isn't quite as rich and bright as the Samsung Galaxy Note 9 or the iPhone XS Max, but those phones will cost you $1,000. The 6T's panel is comparable to the Pixel 3's, which costs $200 or so more than the 6T, in brightness and color accuracy. The 6T hit 405 nits on our light meter, beating the 401-nit max hit by the Pixel 3, and covers 222.6 percent of the sRGB color gamut to the Pixel's 202 percent range. The 6T's screen is also more true-to-life, with a Delta-E rating of 0.36, compared with the Pixel’s 0.44. (Numbers closer to zero are better.)

The OnePlus 6T's expansive 6.4-inch OLED display quality easily rivals flagships twice its price.
Watching the trailer for Fantastic Beasts 2: The Crimes of Grindelwald, where there are dark, dramatic scenes layered with shades of black and streaked with brilliant blue flames, I noticed the 6T's display was dimmer than other OLED panels, such as the Galaxy Note 9 and the iPhone XS Max. But again, for the price, the 6T's display is very good, and the tear-shaped notch almost fades away when immersed in a video.
Security: Screen Unlock is magical
OnePlus isn't the first phone maker to put a fingerprint sensor in the display, but the 6T is the first phone in the U.S. to sport the feature.

STUNNING PHONE, BEST PHONE ON EARTH RIGHT NOW!!!!!

Holy crap this phone is without a doubt the most stunning phone I've ever owned I love big screen phones and I love having dual front-facing speakers and I remember back in the day loving the Nexus 6 which s I know a lot of you probably didn't like cuz it was too big but I'm a 250-pound male so it was fine for me and I love having that huge beautiful screen to look at with the dual speakers but basically this phone because it's more advanced and it's just a more advanced time now than a few years back the processor is just so lightning-quick I love everything about OnePlus operating system how simple it is and clean and fast I just literally love everything about this phone the pictures stunning the pop up camera is really cool if you're still at the point your life where you're trying to wow and impress girls because as soon as that thing pops up every girl was like wow that's so cool.basically the phone has a big gorgeous screen takes up 93% of the front which I think is now that all time record up till now,Snapdragon 855 processor is the fastest in the world right now I remember 167 or 77,000 on antutu was impressive and now this thing is getting I think around 300,000 on antutu which is just insane how quick it is the battery life last all day and I use my phone constantly like 5 hours at a time constantly more than probably anybody I know and it's easily last me all day and I always I thought it was sort of ironic that when I bought Samsung phones I had to pay all this money for their wireless charging but because the wireless charging is slower than plugging it in and because I like looking at my phone while it's charging I never lay it down on a wireless charger my theory is if you're at a desk and a computer it's kind of good to lay it down I get that but for people like me who sit on the couch with it plugged in while it recharges I'd rather look at it while it recharges and have it recharged in 20 minutes then let it sit on a wireless charger for an hour and a half to me not even a question of which one I'd rather prefer I'd rather have super fast charging charging with a wire while having no wireless charging then having pretty fast wired charging and slow wireless charging and yet every other company out there except OnePlus Samsung LG Sony they all do the wireless charging and pretty fast charging right now the note 9 which is the most advanced phone they make until I guess the S10 plus but basically the note 9 is the most advanced phone I would consider of theirs and it's got 15 watt charging this thing has 30 watt charging so put that into perspective almost twice as fast as a note 9 huge battery for thousand milliamp camera stunning plus you got the wide-angle lens and a telephoto which I love actually bought the v34 v40 just because it had the wide-angle lens and then to top it all off icing on the cake of OnePlus is that it's lf the feedback engine is stunning better, next to my phone my girlfriend's Apple x is pathetically old-

David and Goliath

With the likes of Samsung and Apple it pretty much seems everyone else has to fight for third of even lower places in the phone arena. The OnePlus 7Pro does something quite different to that already seemingly Solid Podium position held through mainly by time and innovation. Ultimately we buy a smart phone for dependability in light of the fact that we will more than likely use it's smart features to get us through our internet connected day. Frankly I don't think anyone does that as seemlessly as OnePlus... actually no one does.. You may tend to feel a bit let down if you are coming from iPhone or Samsung like I have because you may be so use to something going wrong every few days ...even as little as navigation points not responding as they did yesterday and then a reboot does a fix... OnePlus is simply Solid . I just switched from iPhone became I sent in my OnePlus 6 to upgrade to 7Pro and now I have the 7 I spend lest time on it simply because (1) it just does it job so we'll. (2) it does it quickly and I'm done. I have gotten myself in trouble three time while waiting for the 7 to come because I sent Mail and a text and it the never left so I find I keep rechecking to make sure it doesn't happen but it is a waste of time doing that with the 7. It's sent and done!!
So let's talk about the cons--- Battery I think the life indicator is not tuned correctly. I had repeatedly 9-12 hours of battery useage and the indicator says you are nearly dead but it never does and then at the last minute it goes in to power save mode. I use my phone for texting,GPS,web browsing for research, reading, listening to music every day and added to that some days YouTube.
Mone cons---i had an issue with using the camera it did not feel like it was better than the 6 so I went on Play store and downloaded a few camera apps and a few lens to try and compare them to a capture I did on the 7 first. After an hour it was a desaster so I removed all them and just left the Google lense app. I settled for the OnePlus and in sadness I took another pic and noticed it was different . I then compared it to the original capture I had done and make sure I deleted all the other captures that failed miserably. I'm not sure why but now the camera is perfect. I honestly can't explain it but it works.
I have noticed in my OnePlus 3T and 5 that you have to run in the phone like a car then it kicks A55 so maybe that is what happened... honestly not sure but that is good now.
Last Con...how long will it take One plus to bring out a One plus Tablet 8" and 9.7 pls not 10 or 11. And a 13" Notebook all running Snapdragon.
A Solid Phone like this need a its own Biosphere which I would call Netsphere . What I would do is something new . Instead of follow the SamApples I would take all the suggestions of useful apps needed and starting with the most requested and 2 lest requested make the apps in-house or and finalize them in-house for optimization because really OnePlus must keep Fast.

Amazing!

Let me start off with saying this is the best phone I've ever had, mainly because I came from an iPhone 7. Now there is absolutely nothing wrong with that, if you are still coming from a new phone you WILL be impressed with the quality. It feels very premium in the hand and I'm glad I get regular updates to fix and improve the software. Speaking of software, Oxygen OS is a breeze and there is no bloatware. The only software issue that I have had that OnePlus needs to fix is that the auto-rotate doesn't work very well, for me at least. When I'm using an app that allows me to rotate in portrait or landscape, it sometimes doesn't work. It's like I have the auto-rotate option that can be toggled in the notification panel off. It can be frustrating because it forces me to restart my phone, and then it works fine. So it must be a software issue or something, and I don't know if I'm the only one.

Anyways that is the software side of things, the performance and screen has also spoiled me. The shear speed of the phone and the 90 htz screen makes it feel like the smoothest and fastest phone on the planet. The phone features UFS 3.0 storage, so storage is crazy fast and snappy. On top of all of this, the battery has also been great for me. I consistently get 6 to 7 hours of screen-on time in a regular day of use, and closer to 5 with gaming. I also keep my phone at max brightness and at 90 Hertz so that's not helping the battery. The point is it can vary between different users. The battery will please most people though. If you are not pleased, I'm sure the Warp Charge will change your mind.

Another thing worth mentioning is content consumption. With a 6.67 inch display and Dolby Atmos stereo speakers, it's a joy to watch movies and stuff. The audio has been good for me, but I noticed it can be a little muffled at times when it have the sound at its max. I also noticed that between apps for music or movies, the max audio can be significantly quieter or louder depending on the app. For example I would go into Vudu or Netflix to watch a movie or show at max audio, the I would go into Pandora to listen to music. Music in Pandora is way louder compared to watching movies, Which is a bit annoying because I would rather watch movies louder than music. Most the time I put in earbuds to listen to music. It sounds like I'm nitpicking at this point but it is worth noting because it is rather quiet watching movies at max audio, but it's good enough. YouTube is fine as well, it's plenty loud.

There's not much to talk about for the cameras because I don't really use them. When I do use them, they are very good and it is nice to have a pop-up camera because I don't have to deal with notches. It's ALL SCREEN.

Other than that the phone is a real joy to use and I always feel like I'm in for a treat every time I pick the phone up. Great job OnePlus this time. It's awesome seeing a company like you guys striving to always impress your customers as well as the world.

OnePlus 7 Pro Almond 8 GB RAM + 256 GB Storage

Great phone, minimal compromises

Going to start off with a couple negatives (because there are not much of these):

- I was debating on purchasing the 7T Pro vs. the 7T, but to my surprise, OnePlus did not release the 7T Pro in the United States.. If the McLaren edition was released in the States, I would have bought it without hesitation
- Couple missing things that are not big for me, but are a bit annoying in 2019 such as no wireless charging and camera software that's quite a bit lacking compared to Google or Apple. It's odd, because the phone surely does not lack on the hardware side

Good to Great things about the phone:

- Love the design. I have read and viewed reviews where people complain about the size and the curved display but these are not an issue for me. Premium feel throughout the device, love the Almond color and the clean look without much text on the back of the phone.
- Screen.. I've used probably 10+ devices ranging from Apple, Samsung, HTC, Nokia, Google among others over the past 6 years and this is without a doubt the best screen I've used. Colors are bright and vibrant, good level of contrast (and good custom options), sharpness is top notch. Most importantly, the 90hz refresh rate is something else.. I thought it'd be a bit of a gimmick but it's definitely noticeable in day to day use
- Software experience is really a good experience. I've always been a tweaker of phones where I was accustomed to rooting the phone and customizing for my liking, but ever since I picked up my first OnePlus (6T), I've never had the urge to do much else with the phone. Everything from the customizable settings, gestures to the smoothness/fluidness of the entire UI, my favorite Android experience by far. It's actually main reason I chose this device over something like Samsung which offers far more features
- Fingerprint sensor is fantastic on the OP7P. I don't use the face unlock due to the lack of security and the speed (since selfie camera is motorized, it takes a bit), so the fingerprint sensor is my go to biometric security feature. If anyone has used the 6T's FP sensor, you would know that it's one of the more frustrating part of the phone. It was unreliable, slow, and just not pleasing to use. I'm happy to say that it's completely the opposite on the OP7P. One small way that it can be improved is if the FPS can work with the screen off

Somewhere in between:

- Camera is good enough. The default camera app is simple, intuitive and is capable of capturing great photos in most situations. It does have a subtle shutter lag that can be a bit slow.
- Battery is good... not great. I use the phone mostly for emails, Twitter, a bit of YouTube, browsing the web for news and take photos from time to time. It will get me through one full day of use, but not much after that. It's quick to charge, so no complaints overall

Overall, one can't get more value for your money than this phone. Would highly recommend the phone for most people.

What an Experience!

First off, shipment was very quick. I live in Alaska, it usually take roughly 1 week and half for anything ordered online. I ordered saturday morning, and got my phone wednesday afternoon.

First reaction: open the box and the phone looks beautiful. Got the Nebula Blue 12gb ram 250gb memory. Another amazing thing is that the phone came with the warp charger, a cable and a freaking case!! Also, i didnt notice until a few hours later, the phone came with a screen protector already applied!! Extra: got some stickers, sim card opener (dual sim tray btw) and educational booklets.

After: set up was very easy! It had an app where you can transfer everything phone one phone to another. Very fast finger print sensor. The screen is BEAUTIFUL! and very RESPONSIVE! THE 90z refresh rate is unbelievable. Very smooth. I play a multiple player online game that my previous samsung galaxy s8+ couldn't handle when in full specs. Oneplus7pro runs it without any lag on full specs. I didnt even know that the game can be ran in 1080p cause it didnt offer it when being played on samsung. Speakers volume is loud and clear. LOVE not having a bezel. Oneplus OS is basically stock android which is great. Can easily be customize.

Battery: I know that the phone is new, and battery is still new and should be at its peak performance but never had experience battery life like this. I installed everything that was on me previous phone also had the pictures and videos. Had the phone for about a month now. On a heavy use, the phone lasts roughly 6hours. That includes heavy gaming on full specs, full brightness screen, full volume, voice chat on the background. 2 to 3 background apps on. On a light use (fb, chat, txt, calls, youtube) it lasts me my whole 10 hour shift and still have roughly 30 to 40% of battery left.

Charging: my 2nd most favorite thing about this phone is the warp charging. I dont have to worry about plugging in my phone overnight to have a full charge. I wake up, plug my phone, get ready for the day and by the time im done, the phone is fully charged. I also bought the car warp charger which is a must! I can plug my phone at 20%, have a 15 minute drive home and have my battery be at 50 to 60% charged. For the first time, i dont have to worry about my phone not having battery.

Add-on: oneplus send frequent updates on the phone which fixes bugs quickly

Cons: so far pros out weights the cons so much that i dont notice any. When i first got the phone, i noticed there were "glue" like residue around the back camera. There was also a little bubble underneath the screen protector. Those were easily fixed. The phone is big, and a little heavier than i am used to. I notice it specially after playing games for hours. Aside from that, i couldn't think if anyone to complain about.

Overall: Oneplus7 pro is great!!

PS: I sound like i was payed or the company sponsored my phone lol. Btw i was not payed or sponsored. Honest review.
