Replacement benefit from Handling (ADH) Service Contract

The device is eligible for a direct replacement of a new machine if the hardware quality problem under warranty occurs for a period of ONE (1) year from the next day of the activation date.
Service/Claim Process
Call the Call Center(+1 833 777 3633)——Send the mobile phone and external charger to the specified address——Waiting to be tested by an engineer——Received a new device from the Online store after passing the test.
Coverage & Term
The benefit is limited to use 1 time. New machine consumer can still enjoy the replacement service if there is a hardware quality problem under warranty within the service validity period.

Cancellation
You may cancel Your Contract at any time for any reason, including if the Device covered under this Service Contract is returned, sold, lost, stolen or destroyed.
