1. What are RedCoins?

RedCoins are virtual tokens that can be earned and used on every corner of your OnePlus digital life, including the OnePlus Red Cable Club, the OnePlus official website, the OnePlus Store app, and the OnePlus community.

2. How can I earn RedCoins?
  • 2.1 Purchase to win

    • The easiest way is to purchase on oneplus.com or OnePlus Store App. You can earn the same amount of RedCoins as each order payment amount (in USD).
    • Multiple RedCoins Earning Campaigns are available during big promotions or new product periods. Please refer to OnePlus campaigns and policies.
    • Purchasing RedCoins is issued at a basic rate at a certain time. Please refer to OnePlus campaigns and policies.

     2.2 Engagement campaigns

    • Abundant official events and activities are also available for every Red Cable Club member free to join and earn RedCoins! Earn RedCoins through various activities will be on Red Cable Club, OnePlus official website, the OnePlus Store app, and OnePlus Community.

3. How to spend my RedCoins?

3.1 Non-for-sale Products redeem

  • You may use RedCoins to redeem your favorite virtual or physical products in the RedCoins Shop.

Two ways to redeem:

1.RedCoins redemption: Fixed RedCoins amount + part of the money can be redeemed, and the money can be 0, which means that the product in this order is redeemed only by RedCoins.

2.RedCoins deduction: RedCoins are used as cash to deduct. The order will automatically deduct the RedCoins from your account. If the order price is higher than the dollar value corresponding to the RedCoins you have, all the RedCoins in your account will be automatically deducted;

3.2 Price deduction

  • You can enjoy direct price deduction during checkout by using RedCoins. These are available on eligible products on oneplus.com and the official OnePlus Store app.
  • Product eligibility and the maximum amount of RedCoins usable per product may vary; please refer to OnePlus campaigns and policies.
  • Deducted price will be no more than 5% of the selling price of applicable products.

3.3 Participate in RedCoins activities

  • RedCoins can be used as a threshold for participation in activities, such as using RedCoins to support and invest in OnePlus Featuring products.

4. How are my RedCoins Issued?

4.1 When will it be issued

  • Purchase rewards: RedCoins will be issued to the user's account once the order is finished (It means that the user’s order cannot be canceled, rejected, or refunded, otherwise the RedCoins will not be issued to his account).
  • Activity/task rewards: These will be distributed within one hour after the completion of the activity/task. (In case of system or other special circumstances, the distribution time will be delayed), if you still haven't received RedCoins, please consult Customer Service.(Tel: 18337773633, Email:Oneplus@support.com)
  • *Note: Not all products will issue RedCoins. You can check whether the product you want to buy has eligibility for RedCoins in the benefits module on the purchase page.

4.2 Different Currency Ratio of earning RedCoins through purchases

1 USD=1 RedCoin

5. Will my RedCoins expire?
  • The RedCoins obtained are valid for 1 year.
  • More specifically, the RedCoins obtained in the current month are valid until the end of the month of the second year and will be automatically cleared after expiration.
  • When your RedCoins are being spent, the ones that expire first will be consumed first.
6. How do I know when my RedCoins will expire?
  • You can view the RedCoins history (please refer to point 8), which has the time of earning RedCoins, and these RedCoins will expire 1 year after earning.
7. Will RedCoins expire after I canceled my membership?
  • All your RedCoins will disappear with your membership cancellation no matter how many RedCoins are left in your account. Please notice that the RedCoins cannot be recovered once your membership is canceled.
8. Where can I check my RedCoin balance and RedCoin records?
  • Red Cable Club at your device: Settings > RCC app > 'RedCoins Center' > 'View History'
  • OnePlus Store APP: 'Account' > 'RedCoins' > 'View History'

9. Will the RedCoins be refunded if the order for RedCoin deduction is canceled?

Yes. The RedCoins (used as a deduction from the order) will be returned to your member account within 15 days after the order is successfully canceled/returned. (Under some cases of system or other special circumstances, the release time will be delayed). 10. Can RedCoins accumulated in different countries be aggregated and used at the same time?
  • Yes, You can only earn and use RedCoins in one region, including India, Europe, or North America.
  • Once you obtain RedCoins for the first time, accumulations in different countries cannot be aggregated for query or use. If you fail to receive RedCoins in your Region, please consult Customer Service.(Tel: 18337773633, Email:Oneplus@support.com
11. Can RedCoins be transferred to others?

No. RedCoins are managed comprehensively through member accounts and cannot be transferred to others.

12. What should I do if I haven't received my RedCoins?
  • Purchasing RedCoins not received: Please check whether the order status is “finished”, the RedCoins will be issued 24 hours after the order status was changed. If finished, please contact Customer Service. (Tel: 18337773633, Email:Oneplus@support.com)

*The amount of RedCoins that can be used on products would depend on the promotion policy of OnePlus.

13. What should I do if I find that my RedCoin balance is wrong?
  • You can check the historical balance of the RedCoins (please refer to point 8). Secondly, the RedCoins will automatically expire every year, so your RedCoins will change due to expiration. The number of expired RedCoins can also be viewed in the RedCoin history; if you think there are some RedCoins you have not received and are not displayed in the RedCoin history, please refer to point 8.If you still find somewhere confusing, Please contact Customer Service.
