"In English (en Castellano abajo):
My current phone is the HTC U11. It is, overall, a very strong flagship for its time and very good budget option in 2018/2019, depending on what the user is looking for. In particular, its strong suits are:
Excellent camera (still a top performer), outstanding audio as well as outstanding audio and video recording, excellent screen (even though it is not OLED), interesting design, IP68 water and dust resistance and some useful extra features such as Edge Sense.
The weak parts of the phone include: Single Camera array, enormous bezels, average (at best) battery life poor ecosystem (including updates, repair infrastructure and general build quality issues).
This is a very good phone for those who want a flagship level camera on a budget and those who value audio in various ways (playback and recording). These are the reasons why I bought it.
It is a poor phone for power users and those who want the most up to date tech and design.
Overall, the biggest problem with the phone is HTC itself. They have a history of hardware issues and this phone is no different - I have had to have it sent for repair twice since buying it half a year ago! Not only is that indicative of poor quality control, but HTC's customer support is not great. Hardware issues aside, HTC is appalling when it comes to updates. Lastly, the software is not bad, but it is definitely dated (it has hardly changed in feel since the HTC One I still own and is miles behind something like Oxygen OS).
I still have a use for the U11's excellent audio recording due to the fact I have started a Tech based YouTube channel (called TechUnscripted) which I hope to grow over time, but I plan to replace it as a daily driver, quite possibly with a OnePlus phone because I miss Oxygen OS.
