These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) apply when you register for OnePlus Nord Online Pop-up Event (the “Event”) from OnePlus.com.By registering for the Event, the Participant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, so please read them carefully before you register for the Event and keep a copy for your records.
OnePlus Nord Online Pop-up Event
1. Promoter: The Promoter is OnePlus Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd (the “Promoter” or “We”).
2. Event Period: The Event will commence at 2:30pm CEST (8:00pm IST) on July 21, 2020, and shall close at 11:59pm CEST and 11:59pm IST on July 30, 2020 (the “Event Period”). There are the timelines of OnePlus Nord Online Pop-up Event:
A. 07/21 - Pop-up registration begins
B. 07/26 - Pop-up registration closes
C. 07/29 - First round of invitation codes sent out
D. 07/30 - Second round of invitation codes sent out
3. Event Channel: oneplus.com
4. Eligibility: To be eligible to participate in the Event (powered by oneplus.com) you must be an individual resident (aged 18+) of European and/or Indian regions (the “Participant” or “You”).
Territory
5. This Event is limited to the following countries:
A. India; and/or
B. Europe: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Croatia, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Latvia, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom.
How It Works
6. Registration for Nord Pop-up Event
A. You need to visit the Nord Pop-up Event landing page (“Landing Page”) and create avatar with the component module;
B. Save the avatar image to your mobile phone and post it to your Instagram with #NordPopUp
C. Register or log in to your OnePlus account and submit the link to your Nord Online Pop-up Instagram post in the Landing Page.
7. Selection for Invitation Code
A. System will randomly select winners from the participant pool:
• Selection period of Europe: From 2:30pm CEST, July 21 to11:59pm CEST, July 26;
• Selection period of India: From 8:00pm IST, July 21 to11:59pm IST, July 26.※
a. The first 100 participant to register for the Event are guaranteed to be the winner and will receive an invitation code.
b. Pop-up invitation code will be sent to winners’ OnePlus accounts directly, and there is a notification email for guiding you to place pop-up box order.
c. The codes will be sent to participants in Europe & in India respectively between July 29 to July 30. ※
• The 1st batch invitation codes will be sent at 9am - 10am CEST for Europe and from 9am to 10am IST July 29 for India, and will be only valid before 11:59pm CEST and 11:59pm IST, July 29 respectively;
• The 2nd batch invitation codes will be sent at 9am - 10am CEST for Europe and 9am - 10am IST July 30 for India, and will be only valid before 11:59pm CEST and 11:59pm IST, July 30.
※ India Red Cable Club members have the priority to get the chance to win an invitation code from July 27 to July 28.
• The 1st batch invitation codes will be sent at 9am - 10am IST and valid before 11:59pm IST, July 27;
• The 2nd batch invitation codes will be sent at 9am - 10am IST and valid before 11:59pm IST, July 28.
8. Pop-up Bundle Purchase
A. If you win an invitation code, simply visit the OnePlus Nord Pop-up Box purchase page (“Purchase Page”) and click “Buy with invitation code >”, then enter the invitation code to place an order;Or visit “My Account - Invitation Code” and click the invitation code then will be directed to the OnePlus Nord Pop-up box purchase page to place an order
The Nord Pop-up box (“Pop-up Box”) includes a Nord smartphone, a Nord Creator Case, and some awesome merch.
Delivery and Cancellation
9. Where possible orders will be shipped to you or be ready for collection as soon as is practicable, subject to availability, for some area's delivery will take longer.
10. Either you or OnePlus may cancel an order at any time for any or no reason prior to our notice to you that the Pop-up Box has been dispatched or is ready for collection (“Dispatch Notice”). If cancellation occurs before the Dispatch Notice, you will be entitled to a refund of your order payment.
11. The purchase of the Pop-up Box and / or any accompanying service, is subject to additional terms and conditions provided by OnePlus, including but not limited to OnePlus Terms of Sales, which will be notified to you before you complete your purchase, in your order confirmation and can be found on oneplus.com.
Privacy and Data Protection
12. OnePlus use of any personal information submitted by you shall be limited to communications about the Promotion and for managing the process. You hereby consent to its personal information being used for this purpose and confirms that it agrees with the Privacy Policy available at: https://www.oneplus.com/legal/privacy-policy.
Miscellaneous
13. OnePlus will not be responsible or liable for:
(a) any failure to receive submissions due to transmission failures and other conditions beyond its reasonable control;
(b) any late, lost, misrouted, or damaged transmissions or Claims;
(c) any other losses or damages caused by Promotions beyond the reasonable control of OnePlus.
14. You will be solely responsible for any and all applicable taxes and any other relevant costs or expenses which are not stated in the Terms and Conditions as being included.
15. OnePlus reserves the right to vary these Terms and Conditions.
