1. This campaign is brought to you by 1) for the UK: Unumplus Limited with registered address at 7 Albert Buildings, 49 Queen Victoria Street, London , EC4N 4SA; 2) for other countries: Reflection Investment B.V., with its registered address at Hofplein 20,3032AC Rotterdam, Netherlands (collectively “OnePlus” or “we”)

Eligible Participants: Participants who are over the age of eighteen (18) and complete the subscription on the following page: https://www.oneplus.com/launch/12 in United Kingdom, Italy, Denmark, Poland, Finland, Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Sweden, Spain, Austria, Bulgaria, Czechia, Hungary, Estonia, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovenia, or Slovakia (“campaign territories”), residing in and having a delivery address in the campaign territories during the campaign period.
3. Eligible Participants who purchase OnePlus 12 higher spec on oneplus.com or OnePlus Store app in campaign territory within the campaign period may select one free gift from the following options:

6. During the order process, Participants will be prompted to select a 'free gift' to add to their basket. OnePlus 12/ OnePlus 12R and your gifts may be shipped separately.
7. Limited quantity of 1,000 pieces available for Bang & Olufsen Beocom Portal headset, limited 48hrs. First come, first served.
8. The campaign for OnePlus 12 will be live from January 23th, 2024 to February 6th, 2024 or while stock lasts (“campaign period”). The campaign for OnePlus 12R will be live from January 23th, 2024 to February 13th, 2024 or while stock lasts (“campaign period”).
9. In the event of cancellation or return of the purchase of OnePlus 12 or OnePlus 12R, the gifts must be returned or value compensation must be paid. The customer will be charged the price of the gift (Bang & Olufsen Beocom Portal headset 549 €) if the gift is not returned.
10. Please note, Bang & Olufsen will handle all after-sales service for the custom speaker.

- In case of defects, Bang & Olufsen reserves the right to switch to a pair of regular Beocom Portal headset instead.
11. We reserve the right to exclude Participants from this campaign who violate these Terms and Conditions, provide false, misleading or fraudulent information or use unfair means.
12. We reserve the right to end the campaign prematurely, to extend it or to change these Terms and Conditions. This applies in particular to cases of force majeure, an unexpectedly high demand for promotional devices and in the event that proper implementation of the promotion cannot be guaranteed for technical and/or legal reasons.
