1: Campaign duration: 12th August 2024 - 20th August 2024
2: Eligible Participants: Participants who are over the age of eighteen (18) and complete the subscription on the following page: https://www.oneplus.com/launch/oneplus-buds-pro-3 in United Kingdom, Italy, Denmark, Poland, Finland, Netherlands, France, Sweden, Spain, Austria, Bulgaria, Estonia, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Belgium, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, or Slovakia (“campaign territories”), residing in and having a delivery address in the campaign territories during the campaign period.
3: You need to have a OnePlus account to participate this campaign.
4: Ten (10) winners will be randomly selected from all the eligible participants during the campaign period. Each of the ten (10) winners will receive one (1) OnePlus Buds Pro 3 (PPR is to be disclosed after product launch).
5: All remaining eligible participants will receive one (1) Exclusive coupon for 10 € off on OnePlus Buds Pro 3, which can be stacked with 20 € direct discount at Open Sale for a combined saving of up to 30 €. Other than that, the coupon can't be used in combination with other discount or coupon.
6: Winners will be notified immediately on the subscription page after entering this Campaign, and the redemption code will be provided to "Coupons". Please follow page: https://www.oneplus.com/customer/voucher
7: The redemption code or coupon may be redeemed or used on oneplus.com or OnePlus Store app within the campaign territories, and while stock lasts. The redemption code and coupon will be available to use when sale starts and valid for 30 days upon the receipt of the code.
8: Prizes (including the redeem code and the earphones) cannot be returned or refunded for cash at any point of time.
9: For the purpose of this campaign, we may process your OnePlus account. For other information, please refer to our Privacy Policy at https://www.oneplus.com/legal/privacy-policy-store.
10: If any provision of these T&Cs is or becomes invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. An invalid provision shall be replaced by a provision that is legally possible and comes as close as possible to the invalid provision in terms of content. The same applies to any loopholes.
11: OnePlus is entitled to exclude participants from this Campaign who violate these T&Cs, provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information, use unfair means, and/or try to manipulate the election result. In addition, participation in the Campaign via dubious, fake accounts is not permitted. If there is a reason for exclusion, OnePlus is entitled to withdraw the awards, reclaim the awards that have already been handed out, or demand compensation for the value.
12: OnePlus is entitled to early end or postpone the Campaign. This applies in particular to cases of force majeure and if proper execution of the Campaign cannot be guaranteed for technical and/or legal reasons. OnePlus reserves the right to vary the Terms and Conditions of the Campaign with reasonable justification.
13: To the extent permited by the applicable law, the participants agree that any tax (including the income tax) or another charge payable in conjunction with the awards is the sole responsibility of the participants.
