Fully charged earbuds deliver up to 12 hours of playtime with the volume at 50%, in AAC mode with ANC off. Up to 28 hours of battery life when used with charging case in AAC mode with ANC on, and volume set at 50%. Full charged earbuds deliver up to 8 hours of playtime with these settings. Playtime may vary depending on, among other factors, volume and frequency settings, incoming calls, output source, environmental interference, and product features activated.

3. The battery of the earbuds, excluding the battery of the charging case, is certified by TÜV Rheinland Battery Health. The battery capacity will be at least 80% after 1,000 charging cycles. Testing of charging cycles is based on the following conditions: battery temperature starts from 25±1℃, and the environment temperature is 25±1℃.

7. Google Fast Pair is only supported on OnePlus 6 series and later devices running Android 11 or later. To ensure the normal use of your earbuds, update your Wireless Earphones (OOS12 or later), OnePlus Buds (OOS11), or HeyMelody (non-OnePlus devices) app to the latest version using Google Play or iOS App Store.

8. Excludes charging case. Water and dust resistance may be reduced as the device ages. Liquid and dust damage are not covered under warranty.

9. OnePlus 3D audio does not support head tracking. OnePlus 3D Audio is available on selected OnePlus phones, including OnePlus 11, OnePlus 11R, OnePlus 12, OnePlus 12R, OnePlus Nord 4, and OnePlus Open.
