OnePlus Open 5G Stretch Goal Campaign Terms & Conditions

This campaign is brought to you by Reflection Investment B.V., Hofplein 20, 3032AC Rotterdam, Netherlands ("OnePlus” or “Company”).

Rules:

1. Campaign Periods: October 12 - October 19, 2023 (inclusive)

2. Eligible Participants: Participants must be over the age of eighteen (18) and complete the subscription process on one of the following pages: oneplus.com/launch/open in United Kingdom, Italy, Denmark, Poland, Finland, Netherlands, France, Sweden, Spain, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia and Slovakia (“Campaign Territories”). Participants must also be resident in the Campaign Territories during the campaign period.

3. Participation is limited to one entry per person. No entrant may win more than one prize.

4. Participants who click on "Subscribe " during the campaign period have a chance to win one prize.

5. Winners will be chosen at random from all eligible participants depending on the final subscription number when the campaign period ends:

If the final subscription number is lower than 25,000, one winner will be selected: the winner will receive one OnePlus Open 5G foldable phone;

If the final subscription number exceeds 25,000, seven winners will be selected: each of the two winners will receive one OnePlus Open 5G foldable phone and each of the five winners will receive one pair of Nord Buds 2 earbud;

If the final subscription number exceeds 30,000, fourteen winners will be selected: each of the four winners will receive one OnePlus Open 5G foldable phone and each of the ten winners will receive one pair of Nord Buds 2 earbud.

6. Each of the winners will receive a redemption code for the prize via email. The code will be valid for 30 days after receipt. The prize is not transferable.

7. Winners will be notified by email.

8. Winners can redeem their prize by using the redemption code on oneplus.com or OnePlus Store app within the Campaign Territories, and while stocks last.

10. Participants who are selected but do not meet the eligibility criteria or comply with the rules will automatically forfeit their prize.
