SPIN AND WIN TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This campaign is brought to you by 1) for the UK: Unumplus Limited with registered address at 7 Albert Buildings, 49 Queen Victoria Street, London , EC4N 4SA; 2) for other countries: Reflection Investment B.V., with its registered address at Hofplein 20,3032AC Rotterdam, Netherlands (collectively “OnePlus” or “we”)
1. Campaign Period: 18th September 2024 at 0:00 UTC - 20th September 2024 at 23:59 UTC.
2. Eligible participants are individuals who
(1) are over the age of eighteen (18); and
(2) reside in United Kingdom, Italy, Denmark, Finland, Netherlands, Germany, Poland, Luxembourg, France, Sweden, Spain, Austria, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Belgium, Hungary, Estonia, Ireland, Latvia, Romania, Portugal, Greece, Croatia, Lithuania, Slovenia, or Slovakia (“campaign territories”) and have a delivery address in the campaign territories during the campaign period;
3. How to Enter: During the campaign period, visit www.oneplus.com, navigate to the “OnePlus RCC Day” page, log in or create a OnePlus account, and follow the instructions to participate in the campaign. Each participant will be given three (3) chance to participate the lucky draw every day. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple accounts, email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules.
4. Winner Selection and Prizes:
(1) After you click on the "Spin Now" button, you will either win one prize or no prize. The result of the spin is systematically random.
(2) Two thousand three hundred and two (2302) winners will be randomly selected from all the eligible participants during the campaign period.
(3) Winners will receive the following prize:
• Each of the one (1) winners will receive a redemption code for one (1) OnePlus Buds Pro 3 (PPR: 179,00 €).
• Each of the one (1) winners will receive a redemption code for one (1) OnePlus Watch 2R (PPR: 249,00 €).
• Each of the one thousand (1000) winners will receive 10 RedCoins.
• Each of the five hundred (500) winners will receive 50 RedCoins.
• Each of the two hundred (200) winners will receive 100 RedCoins.
• Each of the three hundred (300) winners will receive 50 € off coupon on OnePlus Nord 4.
• Each of the three hundred (300) winners will receive 10 € off on OnePlus Nord Buds 3 Pro.
(4) No participant may win more than three (3) prizes each day.
5. The redemption code, coupon, RedCoins will be sent to winner's OnePlus account directly.
6. Winners can redeem the redemption code or coupon on oneplus.com or OnePlus Store app within the campaign territories, and while stock lasts. The redemption code or coupon is valid for 30 days upon the receipt of the code. The coupon is valid for one-time use only and cannot be combined with any other promotion code, discounts, or offer.
7. RedCoins will be valid for one year upon receipt which can be redeemed during product purchase or through RedCoins Center. For the use of RedCoins,the Terms of Use of RedCoins ( https://www.oneplus.com/support/terms-and-conditions-of-redcoins) will apply.
8. Prizes (including the redeem code, coupon, RedCoins) cannot be returned or refunded for cash at any point of time.
9. For the purpose of this campaign, we may process your email address and OnePlus account . For other information, please refer to our Privacy Policy at https://www.oneplus.com/legal/privacy.
10. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) is or becomes invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. An invalid provision shall be replaced by a provision that is legally possible and comes as close as possible to the invalid provision in the T&Cs. The same applies to any loopholes.
11. OnePlus is entitled to exclude participants from this campaign who violate these T&Cs, provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information, use unfair means, and/or try to manipulate the election result. In addition, participation in the campaign via dubious, fake accounts is not permitted. If there is a reason for exclusion, OnePlus is entitled to withdraw the prize, reclaim the prize that have already been handed out, or demand compensation for the value.
12. OnePlus is entitled to early end or postpone the campaign. This applies in particular to cases of force majeure and if proper execution of the campaign cannot be guaranteed for technical and/or legal reasons. OnePlus reserves the right to vary the T&Cs of the campaign with reasonable justification.
13. To the extent permitted by the applicable law, the participants agree that any tax (including the income tax) or another charge payable in conjunction with the prize is the sole responsibility of the participants.
